Got a called from them, asked a bunch of windows questions, to seem like I'm interested,
Got their name and their website

Gave me their phone number as 416 840-5934 although the website has a different number: (416) 743-0633

You can report it to CRTC all you want, they don't do anything, which is why these guys keep doing what they are doing, ignoring the law. The truth is once you call and file a complaint, CRTC can demand the "windows and doors" company to disclose who was the telemarketing firm contracted to do the job for them and fine the $heetHeads... But they choose not to...

Persistent caller but deliberately refused to leave any messages. If a caller's
telephone # appears more than once in your telephone call display without leaving any messages no doubt it is a "TELEMARKETER' call.

They called again tonight. The first time was 12 Mar 2012. I'll let the CRTC know again - maybe they can find out who is behind these voip calls.

Got a phone call from this number tonight and they asked for "the home owner".
I told him that I'm not the home owner and he told me to "go back to China".
I have no way of reporting this to the CRTC since this appears to be a routed telemarketing call.

Callcentric isn't the culprit... just their phone provider. The messages below are more accurate. I just got a call from them, and they are selling windows and doors.

Some idiot who cant speak english just called and let me listen to the background noise of their s****y office for about 10 seconds before he started stuttering and trying to figure out how to ask for someone. I told him to learn the language before they try to call and scam Canadian people; after all, we do let them in for free and give them all the handouts they need so why not take advantage? He said "oh ok" and I hung up.

got a call from them few mins ago. Delux Windows and Doors. Apparently they are located at 25 Milburn drive in North York. I couldn't understand her accent, sounded like the call originated in Philipines.

Answered on a whim.
Spoke to Max who claimed to be from IG Window and Doors (International Group). Claimed to have gotten my number from Canada 411 (which is bogus ... I'm not listed there). Tried to pressure me into a "free estimate", even after he was told to take me off his calling list and informed that I wasn't interested. Wouldn't answer if he worked for IG or a call-centre ... so I'm assuming call-centre.

Same here, hung up when i answered. called them back and got "...bla bla bla...the person you are trying to reach...bla bla bla ... callcentric"
This might be how telemarketers mask their actual location. in other words they call you via voip provider...they could actually be located anywhere in the world

This number called and hung up when I answered. I called it back and got a recorded message "Callcentric, the person you are trying to reach is not available" Their website is www.callcentric.com.
