I just got a missed call from this number and they didn't leave a message. American Shakespeare Center makes sense though, as I've seen a few plays there and may have ended up on their call list at some point. Thanks Anon.

Today, I received a robocall from this number soliciting on behalf of the American Shakespeare Center, a group in Virginia.  I'd guess that the number belongs to an Ontario rent-a-telemarketer organization.
