They call every night at supper time.  I would like to know how to bring litigation against them.  This is a form of harrassment!

Keeps calling everyday.  Keeps asking for me by full name.  How are these people getting name attached to home phone number.  Our number is unpublished.
Someone somewhere is selling this private information to these marketers.  This should be illegal.

Anybody that doesn't allow me to call them back, they don't need to be calling my number. They can't possibly know how angry that makes me.

Calls all times of the day and never leaves a message.  When I called back to have my number removed, the call doesn't connect.

CALLS ALL THE TIME-WANT LEAVE A MESSAGE.  WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER-THE MESSAGE SAYS IT IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.

It's like some crazed, masked Canadian banging on my front door. When I hide behind my door and don't answere he disapears, leaving absoultly no trace. This happens at all times of the day and nite.
We the paranoid have our rights, and that is to not have masked mad Canadians invading our peace, valium are expensive and refills hard to come by.
Please excuse me but I have to get under the bed---my phone is ringing.

When I picked up my phone I got disconnected and I called back immediatley and the number is disconnected.

I answered the phone, nothing, then after a while back to the service tone.  Looked up caller ID a couple of minutes later, called back, message said it's disconnected now.

These absolute parasites phone you, don’t leave a message, and then when you phone them back to find out who they are (and ask them to remove your number from their database) you get a recorded message – an automated voice, not an official phone company message – saying the line is no longer in service …
(I'd like to thank the person who tracked them down, so I can start faxing them on a regular basis ... ooops - did I program my fax to dial their voice line ... how clumsy of me ...)

Caller identified company as Primus and attempted to sell long distance calling plan.

Have received many calls from this number in the past but no messages were ever left.

I was in Toronto on business and had my VISA card# stolen on March 27th. Charges showed up on my next statement. Coincidentally, my phone started ringing off the hook from 647-476-6059 a week later! It is obvious that the thief sold my information to this company. I have reported this to the Toronto police and they are investigating!

Didn't know the number so left it go to the answering machine -- Heard them say "Hi" then my first name but left no message!!

Called twice identified as bank of america. Caller ID says, "Ontario"

Annoying as hell....

I am sick and tired of this number calling me and having my hands tied about stopping it. I was shocked to see how many people are being abused by this telephone number and the person(s) calling. All the comments on this site and on the many other sites about this number are the same I get calls at all times of the day and night, no answer from the caller when I answer, no message left when I don't answer, when I call back I get one of two things - a busy signal or the number you have reached is not in service. I have sent an email to City TV to see if they will run a story / investigate this matter, I recommend that everyone does the same maybe we can finally get someone to stop this harassment!

this is PRIMUS long distance telemarketing - after some 20 silent calls there was and actual voice on the end of the line calling on behalf of AEROPLAN (Air Canada card)> I'm either going to cancel my AEROPLAN card or have a very stern talk with AEROPLAN

Caller presented himself as a representative of Aeroplan, but selling long distance packages. When I told him I was not interested he demmanded to know what I paid per month. I need to emphasize the inappropriateness of his call twice before he ended the call, apparently a tough guy.Ask him to identify himself, sternly, you will hear him shrink.

I got a call from this number today, it was a pre-recorded message that said my bank debit card had been canceled. Press 1 to reactivate. Hope no one falls for his!

Found a call from 647-476-6059 at 5:01 p.m. on my caller ID.  No message; first time for this number to show up.

I also get daily calls from this number and no message. I aa well do not answer assuming telemarketers calling. And this # does show up quite a bit on my caller id. I just tried calling it back and received a fast busy signal......what is up with this?
