voice mail msg says it's "liz" from a web based employment agency...

this number keeps calling me and when I call back there is an older man with a very heavy accent who says this nymber is equiped for outgoing only. Who is this?

The Service Provider is ISP TELECOM. The number there is 1 416 548 2002. His name is Andrew. I left him a message with my phone number saying that since they are the providers to this annoyance I will call his office every single day nonstop, filling his voice mail up, and being a pain in the a**, and loving every minute of it. The calls have stopped!!! Please do the same. Its time we fight back!

Corrected website for info on ADADs (Automatic Dialing Announcing Devices) which are illegal except under specific instance:

Unknown caller on my phone.  I called the number back and someone (a recording) who barely spoke the English language said this number was used for outgoing calls only.  Well ... so what.... stop calling me.  I am so sick of having my "privacy" invaded by telemarketers that I'm seriously considering getting rid of my phone altogether.  I have a cell phone so if I need to make a call I can do it from the cell.  I have email sol I can communicate with family and friends and I can't come up with a good enough reason to keep the phone if I'm going to be annoyed 24/7 by telemarketers!!!

The caller left no message and when I call back the line is busy. I get a message from bell telling me if I want to be notified if the line becomes free in the next 2o min then press star... It cost 1.25!!!

called,its Sunday not even 12pm yet,,come-on!! when I did pick-up no answer on the other end...Loser!!

Caller lets my phone ring indefinitely -- but when I pick up there is no response. When I call the number, I get a recorded male voice (possibly African accent) informing me that "this number is for outgoing calls only."
