I was skeptical to begin with but because I've never heard payin to be choosen.. He sounded so straight forward and confident I fell for it I even Sold My car to come up with the 315.00 shortly after I heard nothing from HNE or Luke James or Derrick Rogers. I have left these a***oles several messages no one has returned My phone call...If they think its Sweet its definately not...I'm goin forward and suing dese mfs!!!!!!!So pissed rght  Now

No, can't help you, your money is long gone and there is no show. There is NO chance for you to get on the show because there was NEVER any show to begin with. This is a scam to get your money. There is no show. When a stranger calls and makes an offer, the offer is frequently a much better deal for the stranger than for you. NEVER give away money to a stranger who calls you for ANY reason.

THIS IS A SCAM. No TV show requires $payment from participants. TV shows make their money from advertizing that pay $millions. Just think about it -- how can the few $hundred from you ever add up to $millions? It simply makes no sense. They are playing on your hopes and dreams for a shot at a TV spot. Don't do it. It's a scam.

I got a call today from the same man telling me that he really liked my personality & that he had wanted me to be on the Bad Girls Club.. he sent me almost the same email like the one on the 1st comment of this page.. Is this really a scam or is it worth it??

I got a call from the same number and the guy said  his name was Darren Hughes and he was calling from HNE talent...this is a scam!!! Then Darren told me I will be getting a call from Derrick Rogers general manager of Survivor within 24 hours. He needed $315 today to go forward with casting and meeting the Survivor production team to prep me for the camera. SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

Guys, it's a SCAM. I work in reality TV casting, and I can tell you right now, NO SHOW ASKS YOU TO PAY THEM MONEY TO APPLY FOR THEIR SHOW. Why would we? We want the best people to be cast for the show, so that people at home watch, so that advertisers pay for their products to be featured, and THAT is how we make money. Not by having applicants pay us a few hundred bucks a pop. Please don't fall for this. It makes me so angry that jerks like these guys would fool people into believing they are going to be on TV.

I to received a call from Darren Hughes,he  explained that,after carefully going through a number of application ,mines was selected to move forward if I was on board .I was  moved,because when I submitted this application ,I really didn't expect to be chosin ,so yes I wanted to go forward with this (Great Proposal).I was over joyed,but then when he said I needed to come up with 315$ I became concerned ,but I still kept the communication open with Mr. Darren.I sent Hughes a email,stating I couldn't come up with the full amount,so he called me ,& he stated I could  pay half now & pay the balance later ,&also he said he was going to set the payment up with a man named  Derek,so needless to say I chicken out,apart of me wishes I would have pursue this offer.So to be honest I don't know if these people are a scam.I'm sorry,I received this call last August!

Now I do not know abut most of you but when my home phone rings these days I don't even answer it because its either telemarketing or some BS being sold to me. I got this VM from Darren Hughes. I thought WTF I do not recall applying to anything regarding reality tv?...Then I thought that I was with some friends and we applied to see what would happen. I got a call from Darren. I decided to call back and he immediately picked up and we spoke about what it would take to get on to Amazing Race. Now I am thinking is this true? Can this really be happening? I asked him point blank is theis a hoax? He told me that it was not. I spoke to him for about 20 minutes and I decided to send my pictures after all what can it hurt right? I ended up not getting chosen wow this was a surprise and Darren told me to touch base with him in a few month and Maybe I might be the look they are casting for. I called him a few months back and to my surprise he recalled my name and explained to me that they get about 2500 applications a day and they usually select less than 1 percent to call and half that get selected. He informed me there might be a fit this time around. After witing a day and a half he called me and asked if I still wanted to get on Amazing Race...DUH.. I decided to pay and go for it. I haven't gotten the call for Amazing Race yet but I have gone out to auditions for Deal or no Deal, A couple pilot project shows and for Real World. I guess it like what dareen said its just a waiting game now before I get the call
