This call is from the Conservative Party.  Now that the provincial election is over, they have resumed their daily two or three times calling from this number.   During the provincial election, the Conservative candidate's organization (Etobicoke -Lakeshore) called daily every day two or three times on  a different number.  John Tory (Conservative Mayorality Candidate) has also started his harassment but leaves a political pitch whether or not you answer.

The politicians passed the Do Not Call List legislation but conveniently allowed them to call  whenever they want.
Perhaps, the legislation should be amended to permit one call per constituent during the election period only. That they should be required to identify themselves - no more Unknown Caller.  Also if you want more, you are the one who calls a number to allow it.

It's a shame that they permit legalized "harassment" under the guise of the need to contact the voter.  It has done the exact opposite.  Only one candidate in this election distributed one piece of literature.
Why not a law with one call and one piece of literature during the election period?

Do they honestly believe that harassment makes us more receptive to them?  It may be "legal" but it is "legal" courtesy of allowing what is outlawed in most other circumstances.
