Wow I can't believe these people. How would I win a lottery in Australia if I have never even been there and they dont have my information. Please dont believe this its a scam, as good as it sounds its just a SCAM... Report it so we can try to put an end to those kind of people.

My parents got a letter from All-State Century Financial Bureau saying they won a $750,000 lottery. It says to contact Cecil McConkie at 647-686-1535. They called him and he said they had to send $2,980 of a $4,950 check that was enclosed with the letter to another party in Toronto to claim their winnings.This is a scam. I could find no information on a Cecil McConkie in Toronto. It is as if he does not exist.
