He is a fat greased young man that looks like he is 40,balding and lost I saw a picture of him on craiglist in rants and raves Toronto, selfie poor guy no friends to even take a picture. What happened to his parents,maybe a one night stand? Anyone can make a baby but not everyone can raise one.Nice job you should be proud if yourselves losers .

He has just messaged me also off of the number 647-871-4817 and told me his name was Steven. I typed in this name and number into my computer and this scamming website came up. Thank you everyone who has posted or I would be short 1200 dollars also.

We really got screwed,not much chance of recovery of money however the more people that report it the more charges he will be up on. We are in Toronto how about you? Would love to see how many people we can get to press charges.Same name and number,let's get this guy.

Stephan Mesrop is still on the go. He contacted me about Countryfest tickets. 4 weekend passes and a campsite for $1000. Not a bad deal if you ask me. Only problem is that he is a scam and I would of been out $1000 dollars. As a high school student trying to afford a truck as well. That is a lot of cash. My mom knocked some sense into me, when he couldn't supply us with a business card, etc. He could be an extremely good salesman but instead likes f***ing ppl over instead. Do not post your phone number on an open, public forum. Be aware of "Return of the Sting". No, it's not a remake of a 1970's movie. Once someone has been scammed, someone will come along to try & 'help'. Of course this help will cost you money, which they promise will get your original money back. I guess i don't have to tell you how it all ends. You see a return scam most often in fake loans.

I was just scammed $1000 from this guy last night. He said his name was Steven Mesrop. He texted me based on a kijiji ad I had posted and called me as well to make sure I felt comfortable. He had me text him my name, email address, address, what I was buying, payment info and how I wanted them delivered and then had me send the money via an e-transfer. He told me I would have the tickets within a half hour. It is now 11am the next day and I still don't have them. The number he used was 647-871-4817.
How can I get my money back??

He has just been charged in Calgary with 12 counts of fraud and 12 counts of theft under $5000!!! Google Giancarlo Iandoli and you will see the news reports.

NOW CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FOLLOW UP ON YOUR ORIGINAL REPORT! PASS THIS INFO IN TO THEM SO HE CAN BE CHARGED IN YOUR PROVINCE TOO!!!

I almost went through with giving him then money when I started to get doubts about him.
I backed out then he started calling me none stopped and even threatened me. Saying things like "for your sake I hope thats not your real name you gave me" and "I will find you"

Thank you for sharing this!  Just as I write this, the same guy by the name of 'Franko' at this same # 647 721 0971 is trying to get me to do the same thing with UKash vouchers for some One direction tickets. If I hadn;t of seen these postings I may have been out of $400 dollars!  Thanks for sharing and protecting others!  I hope my message will do the same!

I got scammed for probably the most out of anyone that reported on here. Not that it is anything to brag about. Regardless, I have filed the report and feel like a total moron. I hope we can get this guy. Unfortunately our money is gone. I hope this all works out on the end.

Guy is a scam artist, and a good one.  He will pressure you into paying him by sounding offended when you question the legitimacy. Dont fall for it.

Make sure you report it to your local police and more importantly go online to Toronto Crime Stoppers and report what happened on their website. We'll eventually stop him, but need to work together with the police!

Tthis scumbag scammed me for $650, im only 16 and had to work hard for that money. He told me his name was frank and he offered me 4 eric church tickets for $500, so i got those ukash vouchers and i only gave him one of the pins of the 5 vouchers and he managed to drain the rest of them, now i have no money for christmas and am really upset, like i said, he told me his name is frank and he told me he works with stub hub and ticketmaster.
