I'm glad I did a search online about this company and found this review VERY helpful.  I was wondering what "Message Relay Operator" position meant, when they posted it online.  I got a call for an interview, and I'm glad I did some research because I'm not going to the interview.

Event Reminder
The company has been in business since 1995.

They have an A+ rating with the BBB.  (you can google that)

The own the building, and use it for their entire operation.  Ask yourself how many companies own their own building ?

Many employees have been there for over 10 years.

They had many repeat clients when I worked there in the call center.

If you don't get called back to work after the training day, its because your skills suck.

If they were a scam, they would not own their own building,  they would not have an A+ rating with the BBB, and no clients would repeat...

I went through the same scenario. They did though call me the next day and said I was hired. When I went in I got 2 hours of training and was placed in a dirty booth to begin taking calls. They asked me for my sin and a void check and asked me to sign some forms. I received no documentation from them. I have not received any calls in relation to any shifts nor have I received payment for training which leads me to wonder if my information will be used fraudulently.

This Company is such a scam say they have a job opening call you to come in for the interview, go in 1st its a group interview with someone talking about how amazing this company is and how much money u can make u have to stay there for minimum 2 hours watching a stupid slide show and touring the place. SOi basically thinking everyone is getting a job how could u not since u cant elevate someone in a group interview i felt like i was in a class more than a job interview. So left the place they told me to call in to schedule work or that someone would call me. They never called me. I called in the 1st time someone hanged up on me called back i asked about they job and they said oh we arnt hiring anyone anymore. So i was like WTF i justwasted basically 3 hours with this job and also i could of turned down another job offering thinking this job is legit. SUCH A SCAM DO NOT WORK OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.!!

I worked for this company for over two years and they ARE the shadiest company out there. They even scam their employees. Everyone is underpaid and no one get's proper recognition for their work. The employee turn over rate is so high they are constantly posting for job openings and then those people sometimes never get called for work. Their "sales reps" are one trick ponies with very very very few return clients (wonder why) and the owner has a whole host of mental and drug issues. I would advise anyone interested in doing business with this company to run in the other direction as you will be dissatisfied with the quality of work they give you and will most likely get ripped off royally. It's been almost a year since I have not worked there and I STILL haven't received all that I am owed and now going into a law suit with them for this.

Oh by the way the creepy call center was "Info Link Voice Logic", and they were not reping a client... The scam/crappyy call center is "http://www.voicelogic.com/" and as a business owner I would NEVER use them!

When are companies and call centers going realize that people hate getting interupting phone calls! That people want their privacy, and people own their own phone, and the number, and DO NOT WANT unsolicated phone calls!

I figured it out!

The weirdo who did a "crank call" was Justin Philips of a call center representing "Info Link Voice Logic".

Called them back, asked them do put me on a "Do NOT Call List", retrain Justin to leave normal messages or was going to contact "Info Link Voice Logic" and let them know how badly the call center was doing.

Problem solved in under 5 minutes.
