I received a call (on my cell phone based in Massachusetts) from this number at 6:54pm Tuesday evening March 4th, 2008. A woman asked me, in a pleasant tone of voice, if it was the residence of XXXX (I don't remember the name she asked for). I just told her it was a wrong number. End of call. Hopefully it really was a wrong #.

This number just called myself phone. I told them months ago that I began another program. Not sure why almost a year later, they are still calling me.  They say it's Northeastern University.

this is an outsourced company in Ontario, Canada calling on behave of on line college degrees.  If you call the number is says Thank you for calling the Admissions office.
They called me because they think that I filled out some form on line. told them to take me off of thier list.

Just got a call from this number today.  She claimed she is a human resource for a company.  Talked on the cell phone but did not leaving any specific information about her company. I thought it's quite strange, so I checked this phone number and here it is; wow!

This number calls me almost every single day, never leaves a message - just hangs up on my answering machine. I wish they'd knock it off!

If you get a call from this number- answer it.  It is an agent for universities.  They were very helpful and said if you did not give them your phone number, they said that they would take you right off their list.

called about an online degree program.

This is a call center, mostly for University/Educational firms.  In this case, it was Boston University calling.

I got THREE CALLS IN A ROW on my cell phone this morning.  This is not the only time they have called.  I don't ever recall requesting information from Boston University.  This is really annoying!  I am at work and do not need to be annoyed all day long!

I've received calls from this number. They say they are calling from Northeastern University's online MBA program. They are soliciting for the school. It is a call center that some schools seem to be using to make calls for the school. If you filled out an online form or used an information card and gave them your number, you will get called.

I also keep getting calls from this number. However, I have not signed up for anything that would give out my number. I have asked over and over to be taken off of their list but to no avail. It really makes me angry that they keep calling since I keep getting charged for it! They call me at least once a day, sometimes more... they seriously need to lay off.

Also received a call from this number claiming they were returning my call about information on their Criminal Justice courses?

I appreciate the fact that I did request information, however, I did not authorize an international call on my cell phone. I have answered these calls three times and have not had anyone on the line, but have been charged .49 for each time. Please think about the fact that if you are calling cell phones it is charging the consumer.

When I filled out the online form, I thought I was doing it for George Washington University, not the private company's portal (your company) that lead me to the information on GW. If GW is calling, fine, but I don't need a middle man. And all I wanted was info, I hadn't decided to apply and I wasn't yet looking for more information. And that was last night after midnight. And your company's already called! Tell them to lay off a bit. Thanks

I actually work for this company. We are admissions advisors for online university courses. The only way we would receive your number is if you filled out a form requesting more information for an online degree program. We are not soliciting or trying to sell you anything.

This is a call center that services reputable universities withy online and graduate programs.  When I was talking with them, they informed me that they supply information and refer the requestor to an admissions counselor.  The only way they get your number is if you give it to them.  I, for one, was glad they called me because they provided valuable information and answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed.

I get this call daily from the Boston University's admissions counselors, they always ask for a Keith, of who I am not.  I have repeatedly asked them to removed me from their list with no luck at all.

ihave received this call several times but do not answer because i do not know of anyone in toronto. i have been on the no call list for a long time now. is there another way to prevent unwanted calls?

Not only am I getting calls from this number, but my cell phone company bills me an additional 20 cents per minute for their calls. Even though I am not over my minutes. I have yet to figure out why!

The phone number appeared on my caller ID but I didn't answer. No message was left but it appears the call came from a call center responding to an online inquiry I made yesterday to Norwich University (see above, Jim -28 Nov 2007).

As one noted above, this appears to be a call center. I had contacted Norwich University requesting information on a Master's program. I subsequently got an e-mail saying that they had attempted to call me. This appears to be a legit number at a call center that some schools in the north east use.

I got a call from this number, gentleman addressed me by a wrong name and introduced himself as an admission counsellor by the name of David from the Boston University
