Automated message claimed that my prepaid debit card had been affected by fraud, and if I wanted to re-start it I had to enter my 12 digit card number.... I don't have a prepaid debit card so I knew it was bogus, but if I did have one, and if they had succeeded to concern me, I likely would have entered my number, and they would have stolen my prepaid card!!!

Called with heavy African accent, line was very broken up so I asked him to call right back, but the problem persisted. Said he was with PGE calling about a past due balance requiring payment.  So my local power company is employing Nigerian-accented callers via Ontario to call us about money? Scam city.

Got a call from a man with a Nigerian accent.  Said he's calling from Memphis Power and Light, that my service is going to be shut off from non-payment.  So far off base.  Total nonsense.

tried calling back, am asked for a 12 digit calling card number?!?!?

Recevied a call left no message.
