I use the free version of "hotspotshield" VPN blocker to send emails to annoying a-holes like these telemarketers. And it WORKS

I also use "peerblock" that is 100% effective at blocking other isp addresses from sending cookies to
my computer and it WORKS

Got a call from 647-723-3761 at 13:30hrs. Mar. 1st 2012. Nobody said anything ? Silence.Then

I have put my self on the DNCL and they still call, obviously they don't respect it so now I have blocked them. They also call my cell...grrrr!

We have experienced countless calls from "Top Notch Air Duct cleaning Services" who - I was told works out of the GTA. This began back in the summer of 2011. We repeatedly told them, (callers and "supervisors") we were not interested, please stop calling every day, sometimes twice/three times a day!!!

I finally had to listen to thier entire sales pitch (again), giving size of our home, etc in order to get to speak to a supervisor and get his name...Alex Johnson...

This is harrasment. Now they've really pissed me off...I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, my phone company, the police... anyone I can find that will help me send these _uckers packing... I have investigated this and have found this is not true.  It isn't the number that identifies the caller.  It is the extension.  And I don't believe the extension is displayed on our phones when the calls come in.

There is no use calling the Metro Toronto Police!  I had a VERY long discussion with their Central Dispatch today and was told we have to live with unwanted telemarketer calls because they are not considered criminal in nature.  I tried to tell Central Dispatch that I consider the frequency of calls harassment and they should search the web using the phone number to see the number of people being harassed.  But it did not matter to them as they consider my complaint as only pelrtaining to me and that it wasn't harassment. Perhaps if we 'all' contact the police they may take action!

I got a call today, east Indian accent - probably the same guy that everyone else answered to - and I didn't even catch the part where he said Duct Cleaning Service until I looked up the phone number and came here. Anyway, he didn't introduce himself, and I BARELY understood anything he said. I caught a part of "this is a new years promotion" and "you have charges on your phone", and then I thought he asked how many bedrooms we have. I asked, "we have charges? Um...3 rooms....what's this about?" I ended up hanging up because I was already annoyed at his accent. The f****r instantly CALLED ME BACK!!! What the hell? I've never had a telemarketer do that. They usually get the hint.

I  have been getting at least 3 phone calls a day from "Top Notch Air Duct Cleaning" and as always they hang up on me everytime i ask them to stop calling.

The next time they call, politely ask them to wait a second (pretend that you are getting the person they asked for ), then put the phone beside a radio and let them
waste their precious time listening to the radio. This will piss them off, because they work on a commission
basis and you are cutting into their time in soliciting more customers. If Everyone keeps doing this this will balloon into a sure fire way to get back at them. So everyone let's Unite together and do this. No other way seems to work. All the complaining to the CRTC, or Do Not Call Lists, does nothing. So fight them at their own game!!

This number keeping calling and harrasing us and if ask to stop calling the guy says he will still call .Something has got ot be done to arrest these people...

thay called me this eve to bug me too. He guy was an a%sh##le and said the same thing. He would bug us ASAP.

I don't know how many times these jerks have called but I finally picked up and told them to f$%k off. The indian guy laughed at me and said he would call back in 5 minutes and bother me endlessly. He was laughing like he was high on drugs and said he would piss me off as long as he can! CRTC this one is for you!

There is a new scam. It is clothing recycling. You think they are charitable, because the name they give is always somthing like, Clothing for Rebirth. This is not a charitable cause, just ask them for the registration number. All they do is sell your clothes and pocket the funds.

Duct cleaning service calls again and again, despite registering on DNC list. They obviously are using this as a call list. I just tell them I rent and hang up.

It's Sat morn and I just received a call from this no at 8:15 am and was hung up on when I picked it up.  There goes sleeping in...  Tried calling back and dialing extension 305 but no one answered.  Very annoyed.  Like the blowhorn suggestion.

3 times they called today.  also called several times last.  I told them I had no duc work.

I get calls from 1-647-723-3761, 1-905-342-1223, 1-222-555-7777 and 1-250-276-8467 on a regular basis. No one is ever on the other end and when I call these numbers back I get message mailbox is full, number not in service or enter an extension. I call the operator and they forward me to my phone company who cannot track the call. I am so frustrated. Any suggestions?
