Euro seal was fined back in 2010 by the CRTC for violating the DNCL. It's obvious they haven't learned. Report them to the CRTC every time these t**ts call you. Also, never do business with these a***oles. If the consistently break the rules then they are not an honest company

Noticed the display has a Internet Code, which meant they are using an Autodialer.   Didn't stay on the phone long enough to allow the Spammer to respond.

The phone number is listed with a bunch of other letters and numbers, might be an automated internet calling service.  No answer until a recorded femal voice said "goodbye."

Same caller Euro Seal windows, several times every day. Have them displayed and don't pick up

Telemarketer Euroseal Windows and Doors called Feb 7, 2012. I told them No Thanks. They don't honor the DNCL as reported by many callers above.
How do we know that any of the reported violators of the DNCL have ever been charged? There is no report or database that's ever published. And with all the complaints listed in this database against Euroseal in Toronto, what has the CRTC done ?  Complaints have been filed since 2010 or before against this vendor using this number 647-726-0056 with no apparent action. Its a broken system. Direct your complaints to a higher authority in the CRTC.

They call all the time and they don't always answer.   I just hang up on these repeated callers, not worth our time speaking with them.

well, im here to clear up some things. as for credentials, i used to work at euroseal in 2009, so i figured i can clear some stuff up.
it IS located in toronto, but from what i remember euroseal shies away from toronto work and targets cities in the GTA except for toronto.
call time should be 6:15-9:15 night shift.
a lot of the comments complain about dncl - i for one have heard many complaints about it. employees are expected to remove the list via the computer program used to make the calls (euroseal uses computers with head sets). one explanation that was given to us is that the dncl is updated only every 3 months (or something like that, im not sure anymore).  

a tip is if you are being annoyed with them, the dumbest possible thing you can do is start swearing at the individual and blaming them. it is almost never the perticular person's fault and is quite possible they will end up calling you back continually after to "get you back". instead, always say you want to speak with the manager.

the individual introducing himself as "chris" is the assistant manager. he may appear a bit coy but is all in all a nice guy and if you are curtious he will try to help you with your problem. he may say that he IS the manager. if you really want to speak to the "real" manager, he will probably redirect you, but the manager is a big douche. he may not show it, but he is a miserable prick and you will have an easier time dealing with "chris".

lastly, id like to say something about people who say "im being called 10-15 times a day". if you are, you are either confusing the company with other similar ones (i know of a company called royalstyle in the same area doing the same thing) or there is an actualy problem. either way, yelling at a random telemarketer can only be detrimental.

oh and btw, it is a legit albeit small company - it is not a scam. telemarketing is done from inside the window factory.

Its a sales pitch from Euro Seal windows to give you a free estimate on replacing your windows. I'm on the do not call list and I let Chris know that. He quickly offered to take me off of their call list and I let him know I was filing a complaint. Chris hung up for some reason

When you are receiving 10-15 calls a day it does eventually bring you to child like anger!!!!! If you yourself were soooooo mature, you would not have taken the time to write such a note......I guess you have alot of time on your hands that you just surf the web looking for places to write comments. So put that in your pipe and smoke it!!

They keep calling us... I don't bother picking up the phone. Since I'm with Primus Broadband, I was able to forward calls from their number to.... themselves!!! Now that's a riot!!!

I complained as well. They called on August 19th AND August 20th. Jerkoffs!

This company keep calling at 9pm, waking up my baby and toddler and then they are either extremely rude or just hang up! I'm fed up and they seem to think that the rules of the do not call list don't apply to them as I've asked on numerous occasions not to ever be called again.
