again today....so i called back...."thank you for calling. for service in english press 1. for service in albanian, press 2." i pressed 1 and a woman with a thick accent answered "how can i help you?"  i told her to take our number off of their list (we're a doctor's office and we don't need these irritating calls)..she said, "yes, yes, right away"  we'll see! :)

again...called, I answered...nothing...then they hung up!  why call if you don't want to talk??
