These guys are crazy.
They told me the term of the loan and it seemed too good to be true so I said no.
They called my work and talked to my boss and said that either I owe him or my company owes them 400 for wasting their time.  So embarrassing

I was phoned by this company and they said I could have a loan of 1000,2000,5000..I agreed on the 1000.00 Then Eric Brown said I had to send them 100.00 from Petrocanada which is company policy and they would send it back right away with the loan...I did that then They saif they wanted another 100.00 because I did not have a commercial bank account..They said the money is ready to tranfer...I sent it...They called me back and said it was only a 40.00 voucher...Which is impossible because petrocan does not have 40.00..I phoned Pivot visa and they confirmed it was 100.00 .Eric refused to talk to them..Then he told me he would refund my money if I jumped out my window....

That 469 dlls is gone.  If he calls again, he will want more money!!!  Yes - it is a scam. No one on 800notes can help get your money back even though it is against the law to demand payment BEFORE a loan is given.

Contact 800administrtion to have your email address removed.  Other scammers check this board too.

Say thing with me the man said his name was Eric brown and I had to go to petro canada and buy a pivot card for 300 I am blocking his number and reporting this scam

hey this same number called me and i went alone with it by mistake and now that i am reading this i understand that it is a scam so i have reported it to the police and i even traced the number they are in toronto ontario and i even called the paypower people to see were the money was transferred to and it was transffered to one man and one women and i will be getting the names tommorrow

They called me today to and when I was questioning him about the loan he was getting very upset!!!! He wanted me to put down 1000. No company should be asking you to put down money

After applying for payday loans I received a call from someone stating they were from capital Financial. They said I would qualify for a loan but I needed to go to home depot and purchase a paypower reload pack and put 400 dollars on it. No loan company asks you to purchase anything before funding you. I did not purchase this and they got very irate and rude.
