Called my phone and I called back and got the due to technical difficulties.  Well I got my cell phone bill in the mail and there is a international charge on it.  Scammers have scammed again.

I get calls from this number then they hang up.

No message called me at the quack of dawn!  The ring stopped very quickly!  Very annoying to be woken up at 5 am!

Called in early in the morning and I didn't answer, they left no message just states Turks and Caicos Islands...

Called from this number... Didn't answer, never answer numbers I don't know..  Wait for a message!

Steal money from some one else or better yet go to work.

One name I saw for this was Huffmeister. I saw it on line while looking for info on this number. They only rang twice.

Received same thing. My and my husband's phones were called and rang once. Don't call these back. I read somewhere that some of these legally charge $100s per minute.

I fear this is from the Target hack.

Just received a one ring call on my cell phone from 649 232-9811... I never respond to any one ring calls unless I recognize the phone number... Thanks for bringing the scam to my attention.

I received a call at 12:30 AM, but nobody answered.  I called the number back and heard house music along with a voice telling me to "please wait for the operator".  I stayed on like an idiot for almost 5 min.

Called, no message. Wondering if this is part of the new info released about the Target data breach?

Its a scam u call it back and they charge u international rates... but what does someone have to gain from me calling? A random person? No, who would I be paying ? My phone service provider which is Verizon. Makes me wonder if my own provider is trying to scam me into paying them more money

Received a call @ 1:27am. January 10th..rang only 1 time.

Called my phone it never range just a missed call so I called it back cuz my friend is over seas thinking it was them but it told me I did not have enough money in my account to call same thing with the number 664-412-0067

Called both my & my husbands cell phone within 1 minute of each other.  Left no message.  My husband called back & got a message to "stay on the line until an operator is available".  He hung up.
