This is a scam originating from several Caribbean islands, including Grenada (area code 473), Dominica (area code 767), Jamaica (area code 876), Montserrat (area code 664), and Turks and Caicos Islands (area code 649).

The exact thing happened to me. A call Friday 1/10 from Dominica (767-275-9074) and today from this number from "Turks & Caicos Islands." I was unable to answer either as I was at work.
