Who said anything about being paranoid, gullible or being scammed?  If I get a call from a number I don't recognize, I look it up - and this number shows up as a telemarketer.  You may feel you need to answer every call; I don't.  If it's important, the caller can leave a message.

It's not funny when you're in there trying to call somebody. And it's no fun waiting for that call.
Its a shame - too paranoid to answer a call in case your gullible a** gets scammed.

It is not a scam Or "balls", Anonymous is correct .. It is a live-in rehab facility in Auckland called Higher Ground.

Answer someone who is reaching out to you and only gets a few precious minutes to do so!

Your friend is in residential rehab in Auckland, New Zealand. Its a 4 1/2 month program. The residents only get access to an in-house pay phone and they use top up cards to call out. They cannot take incoming calls on this number nor do not have acess to cell phones nor can they ring anytime. They have a set schedule for each day which is why your missed calls are of a similiar time of day e.g. inbetween therapy sessions. You can contact the residents by ringing  64 9 834 3700 or talk to the administration staff on 64 9 834 0017. The person calling you is turning there life around and worth another shot, even if you might not know who they are at this stage it would mean the world to them to hear your voice, or believe me they wouldnt be ringing you. *Anonymous ex-Resident, clean since 17th may 2004.

I just love how I added my number the the national DO NOT CALL list (a dot gov site) and now sales and BS calls have increased! Thanks once again to our fine gov and their inability to stop scammers and BS! Why I added my number to the list? I "thought" unwanted calls would stop. But no, they only got worse!

I don't know...but I get this call often, and this number IS international...but it's from MY friend in New Zealand!!!  
I am in Canada....I don't know if there is a computer thing that projects this number to caller id or not, but when my friend calls, it comes up 1-649-965-0103

Don;t call this number back!  It is international, and will keep you on the line as long as possible and bill you up to $25 a minute.  Scam area code

caller says to enter my 10 digit pin # then says it's not valid

Multiple phone calls every night between 3 and 4 am. From this same number.

I keep getting a message from someone and when i call number back it is busy. He also leaves a message for me to call back that is always busy to another country.
