I don't know who this is, and i don't know what product or service they sell.

They charged my debit card $39.96  and i want a full refund ASAP.

I opened my online banking site and found a charge for $49.95 by someone at sales-helponline.com.  I called the listed phone number on my bank statement, 650-230-0226, and got a recording that their office in Australia was not open at the time.  The recording asked me to leave my phone number and they would call me back.  I hope this is not a recurring charge because I don't know what I am being charged for.

This # 650-230-0226 had not call me, but they put charges on my credit card, they are the same streamline funnel system tricking around stealing from people. Please let join hand and sue this streamlime funnel system in other to get our money back.

i have never heard of this company or seen this phone number, today they charged me almost 300 dollars on my debit card. this is internet fraud

Nov.3, 2009, transaction charged on CC called SALES-HELPONLINE.COM they have no record but yet they are still charging.  I advise those who are having the same problem by calling them and actually speaking to a live person.  Then place a claim with your CC company to get your money back and inform them to no longer accept this transaction.

This company has put charges onto my Credit card as well...I dont know they and tried contacting that number and they claim it is not them. They did give me an email address and I have contacted them to no avail. How do these people continue on without anyone catching them. WHO ARE THEY??

What did I buy?

Stream Line Funnel Systems got me for 370.0 and 99.99 for leads.I have tried to contact them thou the sales-online help .com i get no response. This also part of the scam. That was two months ago. I am still tring to get my money back . I am tring to get my computer working right again also

I was with Streamline but tried in every way I can to cancel with them but without a response.  I am probably going to have to close my bank account because of this.  I had also had purchased the $99.00 package and am worried about that going through as well.  I am reporting that horrible so-called company to the BBB.  I know this is a land-line ph. # out of Mountain View, CA but my Intelious search could not get any more information.  Intelious refunded my $4.99 because their reverse phone search did not show up any more information.  I knew Streamline went to another company for all of their bank services - but they charged this to me illegally - if this is them.  I am pretty sure it is.  Thanks for the information.  Streamline does not have any way of contacting them except for customer service emails - of which they do not respond.

I noticed online today that my bank account was charged $40.36 debited by sales-helponline.com on 9/10/2009 with the 650-230-0226 phone number showing next to the charging company.  I am going to my bank tomorrow to stop any future debits from this fraudulent company.  I will report to my LifeLock account and the BBB.  I am not sure if any of this will help.  I do not know what else to do to get my money back.  I did not use sales-helponline.com to purchase anything!  I may get "Get Gephart" on the news here in Utah to check into it.  He always gets to the bottom of fraud!  No one has called me from the 650-230-0226 phone number yet - I simply got the charge debited from my bank account.  This is robbery!!!

I was charge $44.10 Canadian on my credit card and the details were: sales-helponline.com, with phone#-650-230-0226.
When I tried to call on Skype using US as source, it says it's an Australian #. When we call Australia as source it does'nt work. I left a message and no answer yet. I hope this is not a reocurring charge. It sounds like a big fraud, if anyone has info please Email:

Well I have something to add as of today. I just noticed on my paypal account that I also have a charge from Sales-HelpOnline.com for $9.99. I went to the website through google and as yall said it asked for my credit card info for some kind of live chat deal. I then found this site and called both numbers on this page and both are some kind of recording saying that the person or persons are unavailable and to call back. Don't sound like any business I have ever heard of. If anyone has resolved their issue please let me know. Thanks

gave credit card # and they sent a package to fill out but no where in it was there an address to send it to. Thank God, because I'd filled out all of my credit card info and was ready to mail it back and couldn't find an address any where in the package of about 8 pages. I'm sure now it was a scam . They quoted me $898.00 and on my credit card they took it out that day except it was $998.00 to sales- helponline.com 6502300226.

This is the phone number that appeared on my credit card statement from someplace called Sales-Helponline.com that billed me for $41.25 .  I've never gotten any kind of help online.  When you try to browse to this web site, it diverts you to some bogus operation called Live-operator.com that attempts to get more credit card information out of you.  The number for it is 650-249-5280 that has a whole string of bad reports for fraudulent credit card transactions.
When is the government going to crack down on these overseas scams?
