harrassing me by calling both my cell phone and work phone

I got a phone call from this number - indicating that I borrowed money and I did not pay it back - and they were filing a lawsuit against me by 4:00 p.m. today. They gave the name of attorney William Taylor and that they were from California. The company they represent is EZ Cash loan, or something to that nature. I called my lawyer to have them checked out and the phone number as well. The tryed to illegally withdraw money from my account back in Dcember 2009 - and caused me a lot of problems at my bank - - watch out for these numbers - I will post back again after I hear from my lawyer.

Donnie jones (yeah right) another scammer moron... oh i am from the atty generals office and we need to notify you that this is a time sensitive matter and blablabla...some crap.. a thick accent.. and a big scam artist..they make up american names like anyone would really believe that their name is James Brown, Donnie Jones, Richard Smith...come on???
call them on thier scam and they should hang up...
google the number they call from if you can while on the phone and read to them what is on this site and sites like this ..that should make them hang up.. they did with me this mornign and told me i won't be bothered again...(till next time) i'm too old for this s**t... and too broke...who needs this crap!!!

I have got a couple calls from 6502420776 and the gentleman threatens me but I can't understand what he is saying or what he wants.  He mentions attorneys, but his accent is extremely thick.  I spoke to him and listened through the voicemails and the voicemails are too difficult to understand.  He also called my office and work number.  He mentioned my bank and part of my social security number and asked me to confirm and then said if I don't believe what he can do to me I will be sorry.

I just received a phone call from these people.  They have my full social security number saying I owe money to EZ cash.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  You should call the local authorites.  They threatened me....etc.  These foriegn people should not be allowed in our Country...get a real job like the rest of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from these idiots. Said I owed CashNet money. Rattled off what he claimed was my Soc and email address. Neither was close. He apologized and said "this call never happened" and "noone will call you again. When I asked what kind of scam this was, he hung up.

Got a phone call from the number 650-242-0776 and didnt answer some guy named Ben Johnson left me a vmail stating that me or my attorney needs to call them back asap. This is a time sensitive matter and all that bull crap. I called back and the guy new the 4 digits of my ss# my email, my address, and who I bank with. Said he had an affidavit and that us cash advance was pressing charges for stolen property, theft, and deception. Saying I took a loan out with them but when they went to take the money back they couldnt. I said I never got a loan from anywhere and I will call bank and get my statements and prove it well the guy was all no need to do that I will look into it. So I called my bank and they were aware about the scam and told me of the website to go to that told all about it. So I called back and the guy was like Heather i told you not to do that. I said well when you call me with allegations like that do you think I am going to sit here and do nothing? Your pretty stupid if you do. They guys got pretty nasty with me after that. And then hung up on me.

haha he asked me if I knew 2 other people and I said yes just so he wouldnt call them.

Yes i think this is a scam, This guy Dominic Jones called me too and his accent like from India, he can't even speak english.

google the number they call from if you can while on the phone and read to them what is on this site and sites like this ..that should make them hang up.. they did with me this mornign and told me i won't be bothered again...(till next time) i'm too old for this s***... and too broke...who needs this crap!!!
