This person keeps calling my number, telling me that I owe money to a pay day loan company. I don not have an unpaid payday loan. And I contacted my bank and my bank stated that no deposit was made to my account from this company. He told me that I needed to give him money from my account or come to cour in California. I told him to send me the paperwork or a subpina to my home address, then he just hung up on me. This person needs to be stopped before he scam someone out of all their money. This have to be illegal. The number he called from was: 850-257-1208.

My fiance got a call from this 650-257-1208 number. So I called the number back from my cell phone and made up a name and ask them had they called me. The man asked me to spell my last name so I made up one, then he asked me for my first name so I made up one. He told me that he was looking up my file. Then he told me that he found it and that I was being sued for a loan and needed to appear in court in California. Little did he know that I am an attorney and believe me, I've never taken out a payday loan. But I played right alone with him to try to abtain as much information as I could gather from him. When I asked him to please send me this information to my address, he hung up in my face. I will be pursuing this person and will do everything in my power to prosecute this person to the fullest extent. Please beware of this scam.

I just received a few messages from this number. I never answer because I didn't recognize the phone number. It was someone with a very heavy accent who said that I had to contact them immediately. I know this is a scam because I don't have any unpaid loans. I wish someone would put a stop to people like this. This is utterly ridiculous.

I Received the same phone call today, and at work! These people are unbeliveable! Scam artists. This "so called David" stated he's calling from "U.S goverment regarding a criminal legal case" .. lol . I have been scamed before and trust me this is not going to happen again!   These people have to stop harrasing others and need to find something better to do! Just got a call from this number today leaving me a message with a real thick indian accent.  I could barely understand him and I think he said his name was John Davis. He left a message on my cell and my work number, very scary!  Saying that I needed to call him back asap and something about my attorney and that he wished me luck if I didn't call him back.  Like I said, I could barely understand what he was saying. I do have a couple of payday loans, but they are automatically taken out of my account every month. So not sure what the heck this is all about.  I bet this is a scam!  I called him back and was trying to figure out what company it is, but I could not understand him.  I just hung up.

I got a call from a man with an accent that he was trying to disguise. He hung up on me several times bc I started laughing while he was reading me the "legal affidavid"(sp?)  He threatened me,asked me if I had a good laywer so he could fax me some documents for fraud by use of internet and check fraud. I don't know what the hell he was talking about but I will report them to the attorney general as well. No doubt its a scam not sure how they got my information but beware of these crazy calls.

my sis has metro pc cell wonder if thats how the man got info
i tried calling back myself used blocked number went straight to voicemail
no name on voicemail he wanted money
