650-362-8794 "UNKNOWN NAME" calls day after day.
Am making formal complaint with FTC.  
I suggest that everyone do that.
Google FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and use their COMPLAINT tab.
Sign up for their NO CALLS LIST
then report all annoying calls to FTC.
The offending company will be fined $16,000 for each complaint.
And if it's a scam the Federal Trade Commission is a Federal Consumer Protection agency.
I am reporting this phone number and others I get to this agency now.

I just received a call from this number. I didn't answer they did leave a voicemail but it was just an empty message and only lasted about a second

I received several calls from the number.  I just called back and they said it was a follow up on a diet pill that was just on the Dr. Oz show.  She couldn't verify how they got my number.  I asked them to remove my number.  Person I spoke to was very nice.

it has something to do with the affordable care act.   I blocked it too

When I answered, they hung up.

I just received a call from this number.  He asked for Debbie.  When I told him he had the wrong number he apoligized and then offered me free product that would help me lose weight.  I said no thank you.

I missed a call from this number, so I called it back and got a recording with their hours.  I was calling within these hours and was not able to speak to anyone (no prompts/no anything).

I noticed the previous post was by a "Dawn" as well only 1.5 hours before I received a call

I just received a call from the same number.  Not the first time either.  I have no idea who the owner is, and have, therefore, blocked any further calls from coming in.
