This guy keeps calling me several times a day offering web design services. Somehow he has my home phone number and cell phone number. He is relentless and will not stop calling me.

We had a call from "Tina" who left a message with our answering where divert call to if we are busy.
The message was "please call back Tina from net win on 001 650 472 2386 regarding email she sent you"
You'd think that if they were going to bother calling they'd research the international dialling codes in the country they are calling.

Undoubtedly the WORST company on the planet for solicitations currently. First, the guy (Renny Soloman) called me up on my Google Voice about offshoring web design/development work and I said no, that I didn't do that and pride myself on keeping the money in my country. Then he called me on my personal cell phone today and I threatened to report him to the FCC (which I ended up doing if you read further...you'll see why). I said what he was doing was illegal and my phone is in the Do Not Call list. Then he tried to add me on Skype (I blocked it). Then he sent me two separate emails from his company, Netwin Infosolutions (India) and they were both in mass-email form with no options for unsubscription. I filed an abuse report with the hosting company.
The next step is the police.
