Who are these people? They claim I owe money and refuse to send me any proof.

They tell me to call back very quickly, It is very important, they say.  Their accent is very heavy and he claims to be Mark Wilson with an Arab Accent.

I called the number and id myself as the Attorney.  I told him that I looked up his number and discovered him to be a fraud.  I told him that I have already reported him.  HE HUNG UP IMMEDIATELY!!!
