I wish I would've investigated more, but she had so much info on my mom....chief Investigator Anita Towns....said they're from Propelled Solutions....I was recently scammed out of $700...I left her messages and no response....how can they do this to people!!! He works for a company name zenith financial group but now the company has changed there name. his real name is Fred there located in Atlanta ga dunwoody location good luck

This is how it's done,  you get a loan don't pay it back the company that you get the loan from then has private company's to collect on them.

Chief Chris Baker, 917-831-4434, said all the same things to me. I will be locked up for 2 years.

He called me today from this number 203-916-0831

Yea so I just got a call from "Chief Investigator Chris Baker" granted when he asked for me I told him "he's not home at the moment" with the number I have I get tons of random calls, so he was being very rude and telling me that I needed to have Rikul call back by the end of today or he will have me arrested and possible wage garnishments, he said I have a pending felony out of his office and needs to fill it by the end of today last time I checked I am not in any kind of trouble like this so when I googled his name this came up but he called me out of New York, his number is 917-831-4434

Hey guys this lady been calling me too ms anita towns but she uses a (805) 229-8578. And threathens me also sayinh that they got an image of me walking in the cash advance place. And that she been calling my friends and stuff. I ask her for documents and she was stating she dnt need to give me a document. And i asked her if i can make payment arangements she told me are u still sleeping we dnt negotiate. And was just rude she said she was gunna send in the warrant in and they will be at my place in an hour. I just hang up in her and she called back and left a message saying that if i dnt call her back im being iresponsible. And she is not going to help me at all. Just be careful guys out there for these scammers specially its holiday season so they need money.

It isn't hard to find out what your county of residence is. I looked up my name on case search...not one single filing about this at all.. DO NOT BE FOOLED. IT IS A SCAM.. Just wanted to make sure you knew I meant business.

these people somehow knew the last 4 numbers of my SSN.  how in the hell did they get it... anyway tried to say had 2 felonies against me in my county. which isn't hard to find out.  Said i had returned items from my bank. read another website about this number that it is all a scam to try and scare you to get money from you. My advice...don't do it.  IT IS A SCAM!!!! how do I stop  these people.?  

Yeah, call them back and tell them if they call you again you will file a suit against them.  They will hang up on you and you will be free of them.  
Our government is too busy worrying about Syria to protect you from these predators.  THEY CANNOT THROW YOU IN JAIL, THEY CANNOT ARREST YOU.

Today Chief Investigator Anita Town called me, left VM. Told me that my DAD attached my to two counts of felony complaints in my county. The number is from CA, I live in MO. I'm going to call the number back and try to get as much information as I can to report them.

I got a call from them as well. I requested teh name of their company and physical address. Of course, the gave me "Zenith FInancial" but would give me no other information. They said they didn't like to email information, but would if I insisted (I did) and of course haven't recieved anything. Trying to say I owe on a payday loan from 2010 and a bank I haven't had an account with in over 10 years. Very hokey and she got more agitated the less I was affected by her threats. Debt collectors cannot threaten!! It is illegal for them to threaten arrest. If you write a bad check in your state and they are going to prosecute, you will recieve a letter certified in the mail giving you the opportunity to clear it up and the next step will be a deputy showing up at your door. THere are no phone calls. I filed a report with my state's attorney office and encourage anyone recieving these types of calls to do the same.

just got a call monday from anita towns then today i get a call from a guy didnt catch his name but said that i owe x amount of money and have an hour to pay, then he puts me on hold and says the judge is on the other line,i flip out and get all upset then i call local court house and they tell me that they cannot arrest you without going through the court system and that no judge calls a collector to issue a warrant. i then call them back and try to get as much info on them as i can and she gave me the address and company name, but its located in buford ga and is also the same address as a ups shipping store, lol. and anita called from CA and the guy that called me was from CT. when i called her she said oh wait he just walked in the office how is that possible if they are across the country from each other , needless to say my lawyer told me to call them and tell them i was advised not to speak with them and here is the name and number of my lawyer.

Not true Lynn.  They could be calling from anywhere (using Vonage or some other internet phone system).  That means by the time the number is reported, the cops investigate, and they could be anywhere.  Too bad that plenty of people will actually give these people money.

I have an urgent call from Investigator Anita Towns from VENUS FINANCIAL GROUP. I owe $4900 from a $1000 loan I received from CASH YES.
She said I have 2 options that Chris Baker, her supervisor,is giving me;;
1. I can split $4900 in to 2 payments..$2400 today, and the rest in 30 days

2. I can pay $1900 now , and my case is close...Anita said do the math

I have 2 hrs to decide, or I will be arrested.
She has my cell phone# she has my address and she has my ex employer....so I thought it's legit

Got a call last night while I was out of the office and it was chief  investigator anita towns stating if I didn't call her back I could get incarcerated however she never mentions why. Got a call a couple months ago from a different investigator however he was located in Florida and now she's in California. Very suspicious if you ask me. Haven't called her back and don't plan too until I receive paperwork stating there's a case against me.

These people are just awful humans.  There is a special spot in hell for them.  They can't do anything to you, but they get plenty of people who call back and pay them.

Got a call from that number demanding to speak to my granddaughter who has not lived in the United States for over 5 years and was going to arrest her mother. That they would find her and arrest her. Don't know where they got my business phone number.
