I got a call from the same number GF Construction and she asked if Mr. or Mrs. was home and I said "no, they weren't" and she said "that's to bad" and hung up on me.  If you call the number back it is just silence.  I am on the do not call list.

Keep getting calls from 650-618-8080. Tried calling Pac West Telecom at 877-626-4325, was told 650-618-8080 is not their customer.

Tired of these people calling us!  Please do something! They also call at least one of our neighbors.

For Out of Area calls, I let the machine intervene. This party continues to call, but refuses to leave a message. I never answer, so why won't they stop?

Oh, and the phone numbers for reporting that people have suggested above don't work.

Telemarkers must pay to download the DNCL to there data base to prevent calling people who signed up for DNCL. DISHONEST TELEMARKETERS DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THE LIST. They know the most will happen is a slap on the wrist. New system sponsored by the FCC by a contest. NOMOROBO.com. I tried but it was overloaded by request.

Laughter on the line and a man asking for my husband by name....when I offered to take a message, more laughter (more than one person) then hung up.  They must be bored if this counts as entertainment.

I also am on the do not call list.  I was waiting for a call from Stanford Hospital or I would no have answered it.  The man sai he was from some construction company  and wanted to come do am estimate onm my house and knew exactly were I live.  I told him I wasn't interested and I belong to a HOA and they do they work.  With that he hung up.

The caller, called us @13:24, 09/27/2013 again. It used different area codes & phone number. Today I was in backyard. I tried to return the call 3 tomes; I heard some noises or no tone. Twice, the message said " you can't reach this  person now, try to call later: People reported to www.800notes.com since 08/01/2012. I filed complaint abut this number before.

The caller, called us @9:56, 09/12/2013, she ( according people complained with www.800notes.com. She  is a lady). She kept silent ( Probably she used different called us before. ). I told her" We are on do not call list, please don't call us again."

I also received a call from these guys but when I answered they hung up.

Just got a call from Goodfellas Construction looking for work.  Googled the name of the construction company and there is one in Palo Alto but the phone number was different, felt weird that a construction company would be doing cold calls.  As soon as I said I wasn't interested he hung up (he was polite on the phone).

Call EVERY weekday by this wacko caller.  They never talk just keep me running to the phone.......

The woman from this phone number (650) 618-8080 was uxtremely unprofessional, unethical and poorly trained.  She called my number asking for my wife in the harsh voice as if demanding us to take her  call.  When I had ashed her for reason of the call, she slammed the phone.  

If this company ever call us again, I will report them to the Unility Commission.

If you follow the trail for GF Construction it leads to www.goodfellasconstruction.net, a sham web site with an address in Palo Alto, CA that turns out to be a drop box (Suite #13A) at the UPS Store at 855 El Camino Real in Palo Alto. Following the phone number listed on that site leads to several ads placed in Russian language job boards looking for the following:

Seeking a GC or general contractor
Looking for retired GC or general contractor!
Great opportunity!
Great monthly income.
Expired license ok. Retired ok.

Sounds legit to me, right??? So let me get this straight. Telemarketing to troll for rubes, hiring contractors with expired licenses. Officer, I see no problem here!

I have this number blocked but we're still getting 10-12 (yes 10-12) calls per day (everyday) from them on our Missed Calls list.

This a likely some kind of scam. And always treat such calls as if they are a scam...

If you have Caller ID, and don't recognize the number and (or) name of the caller - simply don't answer...

Any caller that offers to fix your credit, or credit card interest rates, or do home repairs or whatever - a legitimate business isn' t going to cold call randomly...

They called me several times back in Jan and Feb. They called again today but I never answer unknown number calls so they usually don't call my number very often. Any number that calls too frequently is forwarded to a number that just a tone.

I've received six calls over the last three weeks. They never leave a message. I tried calling the 877 number listed above, but that led to a fax number. I'm on the "Do Not Call List", but that appears to be an open invitation for telemarketers.  I've blocked this number so that caller will always get a busy signal.
