I received a call from 650-618-8904 at 5:10 pm on a Sunday.  The lady asked for my husband by name.  I asked for her name and she asked if I was Mrs. ABC.  I said yes and again asked her for her name.  She asked if I had a timeshare at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon.  I said yes and again asked who she was.  She asked if I wanted to sell or rent it.  I had dealt with another scam company earlier, so I kept asking her who she was and the name of the company she worked for.  She would never tell me,  but said that a sales rep would call me and give me the info.  I said I wanted the name of the company before I even considered talking to a sales rep.  She was trying to follow a script and I could hear her searching the notes to try to figure out how to respond to me.  She kept saying that they were a legitimate company and I kept saying that if they were, she could tell me who they were.  She was getting so flustered that I almost started laughing.  I kept her on the line for almost 5 minutes going in circles like this until she finally said she had to go.  My husband was laughing at the whole conversation.  Hopefully, that will put an end to their calls.

I too have received a number of evening calls from this 650-618-8904 phone number.  The voice on the other end a female of asian decent wanted to know if I was interested in selling or rent a time share.  No name was given nor a company name.  After researching a little I found out the number is from the Palo Alto, CA. area. Using the "google" locator that connect to intelius.com for a small fee ($.99) I could get the name, age, address, and owners name that belongs to that phone. Instead I intend to report this to the BBB and phone company in the Palo Alto comunity, and to the major time share industries.  Fraud/Scams are not tolerated nor ever will be.

yes they keep calingmy home about our time share also and I understand there are scams out there, so time share owners beware.

the call comes in every night at the same time. from San Mateo County, no where near us. Once I knew it was a telemarketer about Selling Your Timeshare (we don't have one, btw) I just answered the phone call and then set the phone down and walked away. They obviously don't mind wasting their money and time. File a complaint with National Do-Not-Call Registry - it works.

Getting tired of these calls....On the No Call List, but apparently it isn't working.

Called at 6:00PM on 05/03/2009 - a Sunday afternoon - wanting to know if I wanted to buy a time share. I am on the NO CALL LIST.

I have had a number of calls about the timeshares we own, not all from this number,  They know a lot of people were not happy with what they did when they bought the timeshares as we all know under such pressure.  They claim they will sell your timeshare, they have lots of interested parties. The catch, they want you to pay them to sell it for you.  $700.00 or more and some people actually pay them thinking this is a good way to get out of this mess I got myself into. It must be working because they are getting more numerous calls, of course you never hear from them again after they get your  money.  They don't intend to sell it to begin with.  Beware !!!

Several calls from this number; it is not a working number.  Interested in how they are able to leave a non-existent number on my caller ID.  I picked up one call because I have friends in Area Code 650; thought it might be a legitmate call.  Told them not interested in selling, after they asked for me by name.  A few weeks later, I answered, they were asking for my daughter who had recently gone to a timeshare presentation; my daughter does not use my phone number.  Really think the timeshare people (either a rogue worker or the company) is passing on the numbers.  Also, could be getting info from credit bureau (rogue employee):).

I no longer pick this number up as well.  I have asked for their phone number to call back at a better time, because I know this number they call with is "disconnected", but they always say they will call me back.  I told her "Do Not" and I asked for her company's name so I can look at them on the web.  She hung up on me.  I'm furious with my timeshare for selling my information to these irritating people.  I'm on a Do Not Call List and I've told the timeshare company not to sell my information.  Is there anyway to take legal action against this company or the timeshare?  This is harassment.   There are apparently enough people that feel the same and I'd love to go after them for a class action, as I feel very cheated about my timeshare.  Anyone interested or know what to do?

I got a call from this number tonight. Same thing - asking if I have a time share and if I want to sell or rent it. Is there anything we can do about this? I told her to remove me from her list but it sounds like that doesn't work.

Keep getting calls from 650 618-8904 - wanting to buy my time share. Told them to stop...they just keep calling. The voice is female, sounds Asian.

I am so sick of this stupid number calling me!  The thing is it is the same lady over and over and over and last time I told her to get her manager on the phone or I was going to report to the FTC for harassment.  She told me that she would get me removed from the list and leave me alone.  And then I got another phone call from her and if I had not been at my in-laws I would have let her know I would be reporting her number because she wouldn't give me the company name or let me speak to her supervisor.  The want something to do with my timeshare that I sold on my own almost 2 years ago!  Someone is going to pay here shortly.

We too have recieved our second phone call from this number, 650-618-8904.  The first time was in the evening, probably at the end of a bad day for the solicitor, because I didn't get the joy of an argument.  Instead, after my 3rd time of inquiring who the company was before I would even allow her to tell me her sales pitch, the chick just hung up on me.  

Now, for the second time from this same number, my husband answered the phone and had quite the interesting conversation with the gal.  Maybe she stayed on longer with him because she thought she could woo the man more than the woman, or she didn't have as bad a day as last time...who knows, but she absolutely refused to give my husband the name of the company and argued with him persistantly about the validity of the "expert" who would be calling us the next day, but as with all the other stories he was never able to get the name of the company out of her.  It's probably her boyfriend sitting in the background doing drugs waiting for his woman to line him up some stupid people to scam for money.  In any event, who ever it is knew where to go to find information about our condo real estate investment (in AZ) and had enough personal information on us to track us down where we've moved to several states away.  That makes me rather uncomfortable.  We too are on the national "Do Not Disturb" list, but clearly this person has found a way to get through that process.  As a matter of fact, I just remembered that when I spoke to her the first time I did tell her my number's on the list and she said because she is not selling any goods that it doesn't apply to her opperation/company, at which point she didn't get very far with me.  I do not appreciate being disrespected by people calling my home, I do not appreciate that my private inforation was sold by whatever agency gave it to these idiots, and I especially don't appreciate people calling my house for the sheer intent of scamming me.  NOW I'M OUT FOR JUSTICE!  I WILL find out who this is.  Clearly they need to be stopped.  

Now, that being said.  There was a company that called me in the same manner a couple months ago, a woman, she did say who she was with, it was in regards to the same matter, and she even went as far as emailing me some paperwork/contract as an example of their service.  I had even informed her that I had, in fact, been wanting to sell our ownership in our condos, but she never contacted me again after that.  I found it strange, so I've held on to the contact info all this time.  Understand that I'm NOT implying that it IS in fact this same company, only that there could be some link between them.  Here's the contact info I have:

same thing here, except it's my late father's time share condos. He died in 06 and we are still trying to figure out what happened with dad's will. Our family lawyer was to handle his estate and I am the only heir, right now I'm out somewhere between 75-125k and this woman calls. She told me she was a legitimate business and I informed her she was lying, my number is on the do not call list and my number isn't even the same as his was. She insisted that they wanted to 'help' me, so I informed her that I needed the name of her company and she said she wasn't in a position to discuss the company...what?

I called the number back and of course it was not in service. There is an ongoing investigation right now involving law enforcement on dad's will, I'll be at the DA's office in the morning. A legit business?

We, too, have been receiving annoying phone calls from 650-618-8904, most evenings, with no messages being left.  We do not answer the calls.

Received calls from this number....I do not answer.they leave no message..I am on the NO CALL LIST and thought this would stop these calls. I think they should be punished for making these calls. It is very frustrating to have your phone ring all the time....day and night.

1-650-618-8904, RECEIVED CALL AT 11:00 PM, ASKING IF I WANTED TO SELL MY TIMESHARE. I TOLD THE LADY TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST, NOT THAT POLITELY!!!!

Call came at 9:15 pm.  No idea who it is and when you dial it back it says it cannot be completed as dialed.  Frustrating!!!!
