harrassing calls for the last 3 weeks and now am sending thier IP Address and Mac Address to all of the !Anonymous! Group to  harass them and to screw up thier Network      651-204-1317 I.C SYS INC.

If you ask them not to call you at work, they are required by law to stop calling there. Report them to the FTC

They are a debt collector with poor phone records. They won't remove your number from their calling list and they indicate they don't maintain a DO NOT CALL list.  You can reach them by calling 1-888-312-3541.  However they won't identify themselves and won't answer your questions.  Expect more annoying calls in the future!

They are calling my home phone number looking for someone Ive never heard of. This has happened a number of times, with a number of collection agencies. A judge even call looking for this person.

Rec'vd a call stating they are a Debt Collector on my cell number. Call back nuber given is 800-279-1783

I received many calls form this number and from 888-735-0697. They said they are IC Systems. I told them I don't know that name they are looking for, he she is not here. They said they'd take my number off of their list, but then continued to call back. Sometimes from the 651 # instead. I called that 651 # over and over again. They just told me that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get the # out of their system. I called back 5 to 10 more times, I wanted a supervisor. Finally they put me through to a voicemail for Darvin. I left a message for them to quit calling right NOW, not in 1 day and certainly not 4 days from now. I have no idea who they are, but they almost always hang up when I answer the phone and are very annoying.

I too received a call from 651-204-1317.  First a lady asks for the person, then they patch you through to some man.  Then they want to verify your mailing address.  When I would not comply, and asked what the call was in reference to, the man stated it was a personal matter.  I then asked that if you want my personal information then you would have to give me yours.  He then continued to attempt to get my home mailing address.  When I wouldn't give him the information he stated that he would call back at a later date.  I informed him not to bother since this was going nowhere.

I have had multiple calls per day on my cell from 651-204-1317 as well as 651-204-1395, and I have always let it go to voice mail, but they don't leave a message.  I finally called them back & they answered as IC Systems.  I have now added them to my blocked list on my cell phone.  Technology rocks!

same as everyone else above.  however,  did you know, that if you answer the phone call and then hang up,  it creates a call record on your cell phone that is traceable.  I have started doing this recently so that I can show proof on my bill that I am being harassed.

We've been getting calls from this number for a month now. They are after my son. We've told them "our son is deployed in Afghanistan". I have also been receiving many calls from this agency, early in the morning and late at night.  Their # is (651) 204-1317.  I just called them to see what was up, and of course, they lied and said my # is not in the system.  They asked for my name, which I now regret giving, and then started asking whether I have a spouse etc., but I told them I got a new # in Sept. so they might be trying to reach someone else.  But now they are going to try to match my name up and "see if anything comes up" - if you call, I'd recommend not giving your name, as they are trying to gather even more info from you, such as your name and state
