Yes, I'm reporting about this company called IC systems and they call me all day about a debt that I never heard of. Someone threatened to have a warrant out for my arrest if I don't call them. Is it possible for them to stop calling me. They even call me on my job which is very disrespectful.

When they appear on my caller ID, I answer "911, what is your emergency".  There is a stunned silence on the other end.

They called my father about a bill that we have already paid for and they did not even ask for the last four digits of his ssn they only know his birthday and an old address. Which I asked them to send me a statement they said they could not send it because they have sent out alot of notices.

I work shift work and just want to sleep these people need a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ask them for there personal # and call them while they are sleeping and see how nice they are. if i had that job i would start drinking

The number rings my cell phone one time and hangs up?

They started calling my number yesterday. They have called 5 times in 24 hours. I do not owe anybody anything. I will NEVER answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. GO AWAY!

These folks have been calling my daughter's cell.  I have talk to them several times letting them know the person they are looking for does not have this phone number.  However theycontinue to call and each time I get a little more irrate with them.

This number belongs to a collection company based out of ST Paul MN named IC Systems. They have another number: 202-367-9813. They will continue to call until you answer and pay off your debt. They also will not leave any messages.

I keep getting several phone calls a day from this company too. I see some of you say it's a collection agency, but I don't owe money to ANYONE. I would like to know how to block it. I'm am thinking maybe I need to call my cell phone provider, but they charge you for blocking calls. It's really starting to make me angry. It's the only "unknown" caller I ever get and it is all the time!! Anyone with answers would be greatly appreciated!
