They keep calling for someone/phone number. That person has not lived here for 15 years. I have repeatedly asked them to QUIT calling as they have been calling at 7PM and 8PM each evening. I have asked to speak to the manager. I have repeatedly asked to have my number removed.

I have received this call from this number alot of times saying they are IC Systems and dont know who they are. I wish this number would stop calling me.  just dont even answer anymore. What can you do to stop these unnecessary calls?

I've received at least 20 calls in the past six months or so from this number, and it's driving me insane.

This number continues to call 3 or 4 times a day.  No one is ever on the other end.  I have reported them to the Do Not Call complaint line, but it doesn't seem to do any good.  I suggest we all start filing lawsuits against them

UNSOLICITED CALLS..

They claim to be IC system and they call me the wrong name all the time, claiming I am avoiding their calls and harassing me.  They call at 7AM every saturday and sunday, and every 3 other hours.

This is pissing me off hugely...FBI / CIA / POLICE PLEASE HELP...these people keep harassing us and threatening and they NEVER say anything of the motive of the call..

Please help, this is frustrating and we don't know how to stop them!!!!!!

These scumbags called my mother claiming to be a debt collector for an ambulance service. My mother did get transported by ambulance a year and a half ago so she was wondering what took them so long to try to collect. Besides, she has insurance, they would have picked up the tab, anyway. Lo and behold, from what I've read it looks like it's not a legitimate

They have been calling everyday for about a month, never leave any messages, and when i called back, no body answer my phone, just answering machine saying something not helpful.

Called the number back on 8/27/11 . Got a real human ( Jerk ). He said a name the number matched and I told him how wrong he was......and that anymore calls to my cell number would result in a law suit and a contact from our state's Attorney General. Probably a collection agency or something.

that guy is always monitoring where i am and where you are try to make sure that someone who he called is still use the phone number he called ....or you are  not moving / or die ...?? maybe  CIA / FBI ... ha... ha ha...
he knows my/your land phone and my/your cellphone....
nothing to do ... somebody pay him...,
the name he use ...: george...or gragory... or others that he recorded...

So many calls a day on my land line and cell phone. No one answers when picked up or they ask you to wait for next available operator, very important. Ugh!!

received a call from this number, when i called back, there was just complete silence on the other end. then, they kept calling back several times a day.  what is this???!!!

This number called me asking for someone. At first, I got the "we are connecting your call" bs & then this guy asked me if I was Rebecca something or other. And, I said no. Then asked I if I knew such person.  I said no, then asked if he could speak to my parents, to which I said NO. & what does he say? We'll call back later, bye.
I called my phone service & they said this number can be blocked. So, I suggest(after reading other peoples' reports) to block the number.

they have called several times. i never answer and decided to reasearch the number and this site came up. glad i did.

Continues to call multiple times daily.
Has been reported but to no avail.

I got AT&T, why cant thay do something about this. No, thay want do a dam thing. I am going to get rid of my two  AT&T phonesand get something better.

Call them back...but block your number...also one call per day id the limit...beyond that is harassment and is actionable through a lawsuit it this case a class action lawsuit.

I receive calls from this number multiple times a day. They usually call when I'm at work and I never receive a voicemail. I happened to have the day off and actually answered the call, told them I was not who they were looking for, and to remove my number. Would you believe that they called me back?!? THREE more times! I finally told them that they better try sending something out by mail to whomever they were trying to reach. I reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. The last person I talked with said it was regarding a personal business matter; my debt is paid off 100% so I don't believe that's why they were calling. When asked the name of the company, he advised: IC Systems. This company doesn't play by the rules and as someone else said, if a true debt collector they would leave a voicemail message or have sent something out by mail to whomever they were trying to contact. This company is bogus.

I keep getting calls from IC Systems , and I continue to tell them or there machine the person there looking for no longer works at this company. IC Systems calls my job all day long atleast 16 times a day. I need them blocked ASAP.....

IC Systems called saying they were calling for "account services." I ask them what type of account, the guy with the accent says he is just a transfer agent.  I ask what type of account, again, he refused to answer and transferred me to someone else. the second guy refused to answer my question, saying that he had to confirm my identity before he could disclose any account information. I told him I would not give him any personal information without first knowing what specifically he is calling me for.  Immediately he hung up on me. Be wary of this caller.  I think it as an attempt to phish.

this number calls often and no one is ever there so i decided to call it back and as expected nobody answered then i found out the phone company charged me $10.45 for a call that never connected it took a little arguing to get my money back but they finally returned it. i feel this is a scam, not sure how they work it out. i would just not answer or call this number

Same thing over and over this is not gabriel diaz stop calling me I've told you a ton of times next time they call I want the address wake me up at 5 am again and see what happens !!!

Calls several times a day and doesn't leave a name or message.  Also calls early in the morning and late at night.

Same thing has happened to me - they've called at least one if not 2-3 times a day for a while now.  No one ever speaks until I hung on for a few minutes one time someone finally said something.  They asked to talk to someone I've never heard of and said they will not call me again.  I hope this is the case because it is getting very annoying.

For sure a collection agency, I did talked to someone and he was really nasty. Will not tell me what it was about because he was calling my mother and said I need  to send the Power of Attorney.
I told him to forget it and hung up. But I had a dispute on the past with AT&T because they charge my mother for international call full price when she had a package with them and refused to pay but the inflate amount and paid the actual amount.
Dump them as the long distance carrier and they have been after my poor mother since them. Thanks for the info. Blocking the number.

Got a call from this number.  Didn't answer it right away.  Called it back and someone answered but never said anything. ????
