I just recently aquired a track phone. Apparently along with the phone came a number in wich this company continues to call. I have never had any accounts or services done with these people and would appreciate if this Company gets a clue IF SOMEONE IS NOT RESPONDING OR ANSWERING YOUR CALL after the first few thousand times.. You can probably figure out that you will not get in touch with this person thru the phone.. STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!! Maybe it might work if you change your system just a little bit and send out mail instead to the recipient who owes you. Quit harassing the people who have never done service with you!

I give absolutely no information about me especially when they ask for date of birth or ssan. I tell them they can easily be some scammer looking for an identity theft victim. Instead I tell them to send me a hard copy of what they claim to be the issue. They HATE that but, oh well.

They keep calling asking for our daughter. We explain that she is a mentally retarded 7 year old child. They will not tell us what this is all about, or why they would want to talk to her. They just start asking a bunch of personal questions about her and we refuse to give them the answers. It is no one?s business what her address is or social security number and date of birth. We are her parents; if they will not deal with us then they will not deal with anyone in our family. We have to protect our children from slime like this.

These cockenballskis just tried calling me on a Sunday afternoon! Are they going to try to call me on MLK Day as well? IC systems are b*****ds that have multiple numbers and never give up. I C stands for Irritating C****. I think I will send them that di**o that someone through in my yard and tell them to shove it up their muthafuckin a***ole!

These people called my job had a lady call name Sue and was asking me my address I'm saying who is this they kept asking for my address and I kept saying who this then they hung up Who calls someone over the phone and ask them the address are they crazy you don't know me to ask for my address where me and my kids live.

I got a call from this number today, and as far as I'm concerned I have no debt nor do I owe anything to the debt collector. My case with them was settled this past spring.

I.C. Systems INC. Very nasty collection agency based out of St. Paul MN. Customer service reps will try to demand that you set up a payment and when you say that you can't they write on your account that you are refusing to pay and then they proceed to get very unprofessional.

cherise...when they say that there going to write down your refusing to pay you say im not saying im refusing to pay im saying i just cant do that now and i tape all my phone calls just like you,they hate that i dealt with ic systems but they couldnt get the money from me so wamu fired them and now its encore.i do owe the money and i tell them i will pay you as soon as one of my investment houses sell.but just like you they want the money now but never got it

get calls from this number almost every day. i do not even have a credit history as I am new in the US...crazy people just ignore them..

i received call everyday never leaved the messages IC system...and i dont know he called my house never leaved the message he called morning and afternoon never stop calling me...

Wanting to get my debit card information saying I own $300.00 to some company but won't give me the company phone number that I owe.

Very persistant callers. Calling for someone who has never worked here. Everytime they call, I just hang up. I'd love to try the "answer in an alternate language" gambit, seems to work well for quite a few folks :-)

I am getting their calls on my cell phone but I don't answer my phone unless I know who it is. I don't have any debts so I don't know why they would want me so I will continue to ignore the call.

if you have a droid or android or even Iphones, there are apps that block calls.  its awesome!

The one thing I truly don't understand is what do they hope to achieve with this tactic, with a *true* debtor... all one has to do is throw away the old phone and get a new pay-as-you-go one; what they do achieve is to harass people who have nothing to do (like in my case, as I'm just the unlucky guy to have gotten a Sprint phone who was evidently owned before by someone who chose not to pay debts....)

The real losers and idiots (in my case) are Sprint here... why did they feel compelled to reuse a number? It's not like they are like running out phone numbers.... tossers!

I get this call every day for at least 52 seconds on my voice mail and it is just pure static.

Please stop calling.  This is a work number and they are getting annoyed.

I got a cell phone for my 9 year old last month.  This number started calling her phone today.   There is no reason for a debt collector to call either of us. They won't leave a message, and when I try to call back the office is "closed".  THEN WHY ARE THEY CALLING???

I am receving calls every day , several times a day asking for my son.
My dont give me any info , the phone line is under my son. But they dont want to give any information, and they threatn me by saying my son has legal problems.
When my son is in Afghanistan, his bills are being paid and he does not has any legal issues.
When I call back the number, is says the number has been disconnected. I want the calls to stop.

This is IC systems theve been callin me for about a year now. & dnt stop I jus ignore them. Its a debt collector over sum bogus charges frm Chase Bank.

I got this call  from this Phone # 651 204 1332 this morning and went to my voice mail and a guy with some strange voice, looking for someone else and I called the number back I told not to call this number again and he ask me a couple times about my number? like what number I am calling from? so I told them none of his business I told them never to call my number again. also followed with this phone number 713 204 1332 and a 208 758 0233 They are looking for same person Michael Masias? I told them wrong number first a girl pretended she was a GF next sounds like a debt collector.

But I did a lot of research with the phone number and found that they are a scam!!!!

I called this number back this morning - and they were looking for someone who wasn't me.  Not sure what they wanted from whoever they were looking for but they said they'd take me off their "list" but we know how that goes - I'm sure I'll hear from them still.
