This number calls all hours of day and night several times... I don't have magazine subscription , and they argue with me. Somehow they had my card number and began charging my account for two months. Canceled my card and reported to police and bbb. And also fraud dept at bank...but they call from 10 different numbers and can't speek to anyone.am on do not call list and supposedly been taken off call list from this company but still calling daily.good luck

Thank you very much for the heads up on how to file complaints. I just did for this number, and I plan to keep track of this stuff now so I can report these numbers. I've had several call me randomly.

Got the same call as everyone else has mentioned, just today. From a "RCHO Magazine distributor" they tell me. SCAM!!!

(1 month prior I registered my cell phone and home # on the "National no call Registry" https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2) I suggest everyone does the same.

This is how it works: After 31 days, if you receive ANY calls from ANY telemarketers, you can go back to their website (above) and "File a Complaint". It will ask you the date, time & the phone number that called you. The gov does not open a case for you, specifically... but what it does do is collect everyone's complaints in a database to then take legal action against the telemarketer company on a large scale.

End of story- if no one complains, these stupid a$$es get to keep calling our personal phones.

these people call me everyday at 4:30 and want me to buy a magazine i have told them to stop calling everytime.

I'm so glad I found this post! I got scammed a couple of years ago and paid big money to get all of it to go away. Now I keep getting calls from people saying they're from multiple different magazine companies saying I owe them money, but when I ask them any kind of information about their company they hang up on me. I'm glad to know it's definitely a fraud. I was becoming concerned that I was going to get a huge bill someday in the future :/

Once, over two years ago, I was very, very sick with pneumonia, and this company called about "complimentary" magazine subscriptions with what I heard/assumed was a one-time fee. I was told I would receive quite a few subscriptions to sample and five magazines on a regular basis. I accepted the offer, gave them my credit card number, and $300+ dollars in charges later (yes, shock!!!), I threatened to sue them, and the charges stopped.

From them, I received three magazines that arrived on a regular basis, a stack of weird magazines for which I received one or two issues of each, and was charged a horrific amount! I was told I was locked into a contract. They had recorded the conversation and played it back to me. Amidst my coughing and hacking, I could hear myself agreeing to what she said--though that's NOT what she said to me when I was agreeing. A cut/paste job on the recording. Would it have held up in court? I dunno. However, one could prove the hoax because for $300, one could buy the entire magazine stand!

I've asked repeatedly to be put on their DNC list. I'm on the National DNC list and our state's (Kentucky) DNC list!

Fast-forward to today, over two years later: in two days, I've received five calls from 612-412-9056, 612-808-8579, and 651-256-3077. The last call (9056) showed "Alan Farnham" in the caller ID. If a charge shows up on my credit card again, I'm calling the police! These people are major crooks, and I've read a host of complaints about them on the net. Many folks have sued--successfully. If they continue to pester me, I will be the next plaintiff!

I suggest everyone getting calls from this number to get a whistle and blow it real loud.  Don't give them any info, just BLOW THEM OFF!

I have been receiving daily a call from this # with no message. I have no idea who this call is from other than it's from a landline. Extremely annoying!!

I have been receiving calls from this number this past week.  I buy my magazines at the store if I have extra to get them.  I have no subscriptions to any magazines.

I was getting phone calls from them awhile back, but they had stopped.  Now they're starting up again.  They call & leave no message; so therefore I'm not calling them back because it's not important enough for them to leave a message. So screw them

They called my cell this morning.  When they asked for me by name, I said, " I wasnt there and asked if they would leave a message".  They insisted on a time when I would be home.  I said" no time, leave a message".  Then he said he was with " Readers Service, 651.256.3077"  I hung up at that time.  
Now...I  do not get ANY magazines and yet, I have been getting billed for the Highlights(kids) magazine.  Weird thing...I have no kids, never did and am 60 years old.  Why in the world would I order those books?  My dogs are smart, but I don't think THAT smart.  

I am on the National Do Not Call List so....further action may be the next thing I do !!!!

Just received a missed call from this number 10 minutes ago.  No message, no nothing.

I was  scammed into ordering magazines 2 years ago and now this new company is saying that I ordered magazines from them which I did not. I have been fighting with them for 6 months now and I still refuse to pay.
I have read almost every comment on this site and I have can relate with each and every one of you.  This company is a fraud and needs to get looked into

They keep calling me for magazines I did not order. and it's about a 2000 dollar bill.

I received a few phone calls from this number. The first time, I did not answer. The second, I answered to a person breathing into the phone and talking to someone in the background. The third call (at 9PM I might add) I answered and it was a women (who sounded like a little kid) that wanted to confirm my magazine subscriptions. I told them I was not subscribed to any magazines, and that they sounded like a scam. I asked them how they got my phone number and they stated that they were not allowed to disclose where they got my phone number. I told them to not call me and hung up, SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

all i can say is it came up as Minnesota telephone number i wrote it down and came to check on my7 computer first off i do not buy magazines so guess i won't be answering my phone!!!!

These folks called about magazines a few weeks ago and keep calling me. It is annoying. Today they called an just hung up.

651 256 3077 just called me this sweet girls voice asked me if (kesha) was available i told her there is no one by that name here and she said she was sorry and hung up the phone ...

I just got a call from 651-256-3077, I ansered the phone, said hello 2-3 times and than I said "beep" and the call was disconnected.  I *67 (blocked) my number and called the number.  The recording was "press 1 to be taken off the list" and "press 2 for a live representative".  I pressed 2, a human answered and just breathed heavily into the phone and than I hung up.  It made me feel better.

They called me two days even though I told them I didn't want a magazine plus I didn't order any.  Very rude both days

This number has called my phone 19 times and I am on the "do not call" list on both of my phones. How can I get them to stop?

call from 651-256-3077  after I had been asleep for awhile - no one on the line- they hung up as soon as I said hello. I would reccommend everyone who gets get their guns ready and we'll raid their place and shoot a few of them!!!
