He used the name Jim Anderson. Said was calling about my son's over drawn TCF bank account.  Had the our address and the last # of my son's SSN. He ask my son if he knew anyone who could help him pay back the amount . My son took his name and number.

he told my daughter if you dont pay"watch whats gonna happen to you, just you watch" sounds a little threatening block this insulting man.

this bill collector stated he worked for tcf bank which he does not i contacted tcf and they are  investigating his collection  practices and was very rude to my daughter asking her personal questions about who lives with her she got kids do you live alone whats your address personal stuff a  he would have know if he was lajit . when I call him he was rude and started insulting me after i told him i contacted the bank. if he calls you disregard him collection company's have guide lines they have to follow he stepped over the line contact BBB if he is harassing you verbal by phone he buys old debts at a discount then trys to get his money that's why he done have the correct info on you.

Got a call form "Greg Marshall" and when I asked what this was in regards to, he said a personal matter. So, I said I personally don't want to talk to you until you tell me what this is about.  He hung up.  Nice huh

It is a bill collector. The guy that keeps calling me is Greg Marshall and he says that he has a decision to make reagrding me and my fiance?

He is very cool as far as bill collectors go. He only wanted me to be honest with him and he did the rest. We worked out a payment plan and before I knew it I was off his call list because I followed through on the payment plan. I thought he was a great guy!

I found him to be the most professional bill collector I have ever dealt with. If you had a bad experience with this guy I have a hard time believing it was his fault.

I just got a call and my sister called me back and said that a Greg Marshall was calling and it was a personal call. Dude you called me and you can tell anyone what you are calling me about. Yeah I am not going to call them back. I am sure I know what its about and whatever it is I am surprised that they have my cell phone number because I don't give that out ever!

I explained that I had made arrangements to pay off the company and that he need to clarify this. I had already one payment. He didn't care and threated me by saying he was putting it on my credit report, good lick to me and hung up.. Puss

This is an independent debt collector named Greg Marshall. He's located somewhere in the St Paul suburbs in Minnesota based on the area code.

The are a cracker jack collection agency. I had to deal with some "waste-of-skin" b@itch named Joanne. I found her to be the most unprofessional person ever. They began calling me the day after I received the invoice in the mail for an account I wasn't even aware I owed (go figure). After telling her I made payment - she continually harassed me day-in and day-out. I placed the check in the mail the DAY i received. I informed this lady of that but continual called me multiple times a day! WORST ever. If you get a call from her....DELETE!

They keep calling my cell phone number saying my name
and that they have important information for me if I call back.
They use the name "Olson" with me.
