Calls several times a day. I never bother to answer. I have registered my number to donotcall.gov because of these guys.

Caller claims to be from a newpaper...the Orange County (California)Register (their phone numbers are all 714 area code)...this area code (651) I believe is in Minnesota. They claim that I owe them money, but if I renew with a credit card right now they'll waive what I owe them.They have been calling twice a day for 4 days.

Nice try! I dob't think so.

Continues to call. I have yet to pick up the phone.
