This was an interesting call as there are actually 2 numbers involved.  The other I will post separately as well.  The caller id showed "Holy Spirit Preparatory School" 404-255-0900.  This place actually exists, I did look that up after the call.  
When I answered they asked for me by name, I did not acknowledge instead asked who was calling they said "Jason, from Pre Trial Mediation".  I told them they could leave a message if they wanted.  They said to call back at the following number 651-304-1892.  I asked why my caller id showed a different number from  Holy Spirit Preparatory School.  He ignored this, said thank you and hung up.  Can not find any business associated with this number or the business he was supposedly from.  Again called my phone number and asked why the one number showed up from a legitimate business/school but the caller left a different company name and number to call.  They said their latest memo said this has been the latest tactic used by scam debt collectors and are called "Spoof Calls"  Again added to the call rejection list.  

When the collectors come calling tell them "they have the wrong number" and hang up!
Never give them ANY information! Do NOT reply to their questions just hang up!
Do not let them engage you!!! Then after a few calls from them tell them again! ?That they have the wrong number and that you are going to call the authorities and report them for harassment!
And HANG UP! You have NO responsibility to tell them the truth! YOU CAN LIE TO THEM ALL DAY LONG!
And there is NOTHING anyone can do to you! They WILL stop calling!
Legally they can NOT prove you are the person they are looking for unless you ?admit? it to them!
And even then they need to ?verify? it! That means asking for information that you ?would not? and ?should not? give out over the phone to ANYONE that calls you!
