Diversified Consultants Inc / DCI - this is a collection agency. Their primary clients are telecom: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc. They have spoofed / forged their caller ID to be a Minnesota number when calling alleged debtors in Minnesota, even though their main office is in Florida with one satellite office in Oregon.
