Opting out tends to backfire.

I usually do not pick up unidentified calls, but it looked vaguely familiar so I picked it up. The "person" who was calling seemed to be saying my name, but pronouncing it wrong, as a robot or foreigner might. I couldn't understand what they were saying as the line seemed garbled and they didn't identify themselves, so I hung up. Since then, I've gotten 3-4 calls per day from this number. I want to report them, as I am supposed to be on the "do not call" list.

yea so i get a call from these people every day (for the past week or so) about 10 - 15 times a day... just called them back and went through the menu as to be add to their "DO NOT CALL LIST".. we shall see how this works out. at least im not alone.. i was surprised to see such an extensive list of other people receiving this call.. good luck to you all.

I received one phone call from this number yesterday and 8 calls today.  I finally answered the 8th call since I was at lunch.  I could not understand what was said but it sounded like little kids in the background.  9 calls in just over 24 hours is totally out of line.

You're most likely being called by scammers.  Legitimate telemarketers do not call numbers on the list; however, scammers and less than reputable companies will continue to call.  Charities, non-profits and survey companies are not covered - however, if they call and you ask them to put your number on their own internal do not call list, legally, they must comply or face fines for breaking the law.  

You can report the caller to the FTC and FCC, although, again, if they're scammers, they're not likely to pay any heed.

My son just notified me that this number has called THIRTEEN times today!! So, I was on the phone with another person and they called yet AGAIN!!! That makes FOURTEEN times in one day so far and the day's not over yet!!! I've been on the government Do Not Call list for years and I renew it every year just to be on the safe side, so they should NOT be calling me!!! Fourteen calls in one day is just plain out harassment!!!!!

phone number wont stop calling even after I asked to be removed from call list.

I have received over 20 calls from this company in 2 days. I am on the no-call list and have tried opting out twice through their program. I don't know why they keep calling and don't want to either.  They are wasting my minutes on my cell phone (I have tried to Opt out and actually answeried the phone to talk to someone).  Does anyone know how I can get them to stop calling?

They call me 1 to 2 times every between 11am & 1 pm. I have called back & got put on their "do not call" list TWICE & they still call me every day.

Yes, you can opt out. I've opted out TWICE in the last four months. Now they are calling again although I have filed a compliant online with the FCC. I'M SO SICK OF THESE PEOPLE IGNORING MY OPT OUT CHOICE!!! I'm about to call them and really give them a piece of my mind!!!

These people called 5 times yesterday and once this morning. I asked them to stop calling me. Sometimes when I answered the phone there was a recorded message that just said good bye.

This is the second time I've had to opt out of this number's repeated calls. If they start up again I will filing a complaint with the FCC!!!

THEY CALL AND CALL AND WILL NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. I dont answer numbers that say unknow. They called me on a SUNDAY MORNING AT 7:30 AM ! My mother lives out of State and it worries me something may have happend to her..  

I have been receiving rediculous amounts of phone calls from this number. I've out my number on the do not call list twice and even left a message. 651 333 4036. There needs to be a way for this kind of crap to be punishable by law.

They keep calling and I don't answer! They change there number to another number! I have called the police and gave them all your numbers everytime you call! So please leave me alone!

This company has called me three times in the last week.  No answer when I pick up.  Would like them to stop calling my cell phone!

This number hit my cell 4 times since the 5th.  One more and I will be complaining to the FCC.  I have been on the do not call list since it first started and the number they are calling is a cell.  I believe that is two strikes.  The only pills I ever got over the internet are prescription drugs from my insurance company and they never had my cell number as I on ly give it out to family.
I haven't been and won't be answering.  My rule on making purchases over the phone is I have to initiate the contact and I never deal with people who have bothered me like this.
