I must be bored.  I spent about 30 minutes looking into the numbers listed in the link you gave.  Apparently this guy has his payday loan scam, is pretending to sell things for schools, does photography (artist in the sky), certifies people for ISO, and all kinds of other things.  Busy busy guy, lol.  It was interesting to see how many people thought he was who he said he was.  Kinda scary.

I just saw this number on another thread.  They said it was a foreign guy trying to scam money out of them.  He sometimes pretends to be a sherrif, a lawyer, and a payday loans company.

I am so glad that I am ignoring there call now.. cause they almost got me cause I really need the loan money... but it makes me so curious how come I will need them to pay if they can just deduct the money from the loan amount... Be careful everyone. A lot of scammer all over the place. sometimes they will tell you that you violate something or a law suit or complaint if you didnt do what they asked you for...

Dead silence on the other end when I answered. When I called back (using *67 call ID block of course) I got a message "Sorry we missed your call" message - but no identification as to the company.

Some sort of telemarketing scam. There is good reason to believe it is a spoofed number and the call is originating outside of the US (hence out of the reach of our worthless Do Not Call List system).

YEAH, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY SAY YOU ARE APPROVED FOR A LOAN FOR $3,000.00 BUT YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM $183.00 WHICH WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE LOAN AMOUNT.  BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY THE $183.00 UP FRONT.  THIS IS B***S***!!!
