Just wonder, what is the population in Canada? Is that just less than 20 people ?
If there are more than 20 people, how come these folks keep calling the same group of people.
Even keep changing their phone number to call, it increase their capital cost because they have to subscribe to a bulk of phone numbers. Since all of us that they are harassing ain't buy their story. For what? What are they going to gain?
It's also strange to me that they have operate for a few months/years now...no victims at all(maybe their sale pitch is really bad)? How come no victim contact police? and how come no law enforcement are after them?
Recently I got numerous phone calls(with different themes, air-duct cleaning; bahama cruise; Eco-energy), all manage by the same telecommunication company(same as this caller). Are they all related?
In my option, all these phone calls don't look a little bit like telemarketing to me.
Just hope someone can give me an answer.

Received a call from 651-333-4176 Mon Feb. 3rd 2014 at 5:37 pm, they did not leave a message. I returned call and it kept ringing when it answered it sounded like a busy signal.

I have gotten 2 calls from this number today within 3 hours. Never anyone there, SO ANNOYING!!!!
The last call was after 8 o'clock at night!  I have a small child and was trying to get her to sleep.

Received two calls from that number today.

They call all hours of the night. Pre-recorded voice come on talking about a cruise. If u have an iPhone with ios 7, I suggest you use the Block caller feature and block them ASAP because these people can be real annoying.

My friend keeps getting this call. It is freaking her out.

Have been calling me for 2 days now!  No message left. Have been calling at all hours. I tried to call it back but it rings busy.

This number has called my work cell phone several times today, with no one on the other end when I answer. Very annoying when I need to take phone calls from clients on this line. I filed several FCC complaints on this number. If anyone else has been having this same issue on your cell phone, there are several apps you can use to block the number. I recommend Mr Number and Blacklist.

do what i do i start trying to sale them something usually i try to pull the recruiter move on them and start asking if they want to join one of the branches of service haha they usually hang up

Called my work number six times over the last five days at random times.  Not sure how they got my number.  There is never a message left.  Is there no way to prevent them from calling?

I think they are a scam collection agency posing as a "cruse line". By offering (fake) cruises, they get you to pick up the phone   so they can harrass you about old debts. Total scam.

Pissing me off that people have enough time to bother and annoy us hard working people I mean seriously get a job you f$$king scam

You are entitled to a free cruise if you promote our company.  All you have to do is tell your friends and
neighbors about Sub-serviant Cruise Lines (I think that was the name of the outfit) and that I wanted a
cruise in the next 18 months.  I just had to answer two questions.  Q1 Are you at least 18 yrs of age?  A-Y
Q2 Do you have a credit card in your name?  To which I replied; Do you know to whom you are talking to?

Don't answer the phone, it is a scam trying to fill unwanted rooms on a cruise line. Automated voice as well that doesn't understand the word NO

So far its 10 am and I have gotten 4 calls from them!!! That doesn't count the 5 calls I got yesterday and the day before......GRRRRR

Number called twice 1st time said it was a from a Caribbean cruise line.... sounded automated i hung up.  Called back I did not answer

I got a lot of calls from them and put the number in my phone as scam and did not answer. After a few days I got tired of it and answered the phone "Attorney Generals Office, Good Morning, how may I direct your call?" After 2 almost back to back calls amazing no more calls.

This number is extremely annoying.  I have received at least two to three calls everyday for the last two weeks.  The calls come in at various times during the day.  Most of the time I miss the calls, but on the occasions that I do answer the number hangs up without saying anything after four to five seconds.  When I try to call back I receive an automated phone response that "the number or code you are trying to dial is incorrect".  This is extremely annoying.  It would be great if someone (the government) would do something about harassment of this nature.  Apparently according to this website, I'm not the only one that is receiving these unsolicited phone calls.  I'm intending on doing what a lot of the folks here also did and contact my phone company to block this number.  It is extremely fishy that many of the folks here are stating that they are receiving an automated call from a Caribbean cruise line as I just booked a cruise with Carnival around the same time these phone calls started.

Get a Galaxy Note 3 and you can block the call.. holler!!
