Tried to call the number back but a recording states number not in service!

I can't imagine that this is the second time I got a number I don't know on my cell phone!! I even called the don't call list. Aaargg

i received a call at my home from this number. and i received an another call in the midnight on my cell with the same number! at my home they let me a message about a credit card!

I do not get it, if you are trying to sale something then why hang up when I answer the phone? I have had the samething happen on 5 diff numbers in the last 3 days.

This call was listed as Wolf L. about 7:30pm

Called my cell and then 1/2 hour later my home phone... now messages and number is not in service.... odd they called both my numbers though

Missed the call on my cell phone. Trised to call is back, number is not service message. Just an FYI 651 is somewhere in Minneapolis

Called me, I answered, the call was terminated (by the calling entity).  

I called the number back and received a Number Disconnected message.

something about card holder services, that we have been overpaying interest on our credit cards...when I DON'T even have a card for crying out loud!!  got another call earlier from a 3212564023, for pretty much the same DAMN thing and it is DAMN annoying!!!  SCAM!!!!

I was in the middle of QUALITY MANAGEMENT! do you KNOW how embarassing THAT IS?! I had to actually state that the reason my phone went off was due to the QUALITY of phone services!

I am constantly getting calls from these scambag.  WHERE IS THE GOVERNMENT?

Most if not all of these numbers are rent... Telemarketers and or product specific marketing rent them because they are anonimus and untrace-able. One minute they are active and the next they are off line. These people/companies are questionable at best. It's like fishing (they are trying to see who bites). If consumers continue to buy their services, then they have all the more reason to continue with this un-ethical tactics..

Same thing, I received a call from this number as well, no voice message left.  I tried to google the number to see what it was but haven`t had any success.
