What is going on btw...I have been with them for years and now suddenly harrassed when I'm a week late being threatened to cut off my phone????? Well I'll tell you now I don't take threats and the only threat that will be done is on my part and that is.....I'm changing companies.

Just verified it's Verizon; they keep calling me at work. I spoke to one rep to discuss the bill but he didn't tell me that they were going to keep calling regardless because I didn't pay the day he called. You only get paid twice a month; calling every day in b/w doesn't cut a check.
