I tried calling this number to be removed from their do-not-call list after being called by their toll-free number. I found this number listed in the toll-free number log. The number 651-379-0100 is no longer a phone number for Strategic Fundraising, it is a nursing home in St. Paul. Don't call this number to get your number removed from their list.

Calling every day from 1 651-379-0100 by Strategic Telecom is a form of harassment. They don't say anything and it gets anoying. Is there a way to file a law suit?

caller has somehow gotten cell phone number.  very annoying. I never answer it.

Why should I have to opt out of a list that I didn't opt into?

Why on earth would you want to validate your phone number by calling them back and putting yourself on their "Do not call" list.  I bet you money your number will be sold to everybody they do business with and the calls will start rolling in!

The small claims lawsuit strategy will NOT work with political calls.  Nice try though.

Keep getting calls from this number.  I don't answer the phone,thanks to caller ID, but they don't leave a message, they just hand up.

Calling and getting on their outboud Do Not Call list sounds easy enough, however, when I try, I enter my phone number and then it goes to a fast busy every time with no confirmation that it accepted my number.

If you call 1-651-379-0100 and hit '0' you can enter your 10 digit phone number to be added to their Do Not call List.  The process takes 48 hours to take affect.

It sounds like Legal has the answer.  I have already tried your suggestion, K-Fed, without success.  Calls continue.  Not as simple as you believe, however naive.

Come on you people, just call the number back and add your number to their "Do Not Call" list.  It is automated and simple.  Simple Enough?

Perform the following without the indignate and legally unnecessary onus of asking Strategic Telecom to remove your number from their unsolicited phone calls:
1.  Place Strategic Telecom's number on the donotcall.gov registry.
2.  Initiate and retain your phone provider's (hard copies)personal billing
   statements with itemized reference to Strategic Telecom's calls.
3.  Initiate a Small Claims lawsuit (no cost,no lawyer required) by visiting
   your local District    court. Call your city hall for info. A $500
   per-incident collection is obtainable by law (47 U S Code sec.227 and
   Title 47 Code of Federal Regulations section 64.1200(e)(iii)).
This above effort has and will insure cessation of unsolicited telemarketing phone calls.  Invariably, the U.S. Government has levied fines up to $11,000 above and beyond private, individual filings.

Getting calls for several days, so I answered.  A man asked for me by name, and said he was from the Republican National Committee, and said that Hilary Clinton has raised 90 million dollars.  I said we no longer vote Republican.

Caller hung up after I picked up.  I called the number back and went straight to a voicemail for "Strategic Fundraiser."  Annoying.

They always hang up when I answer the phone. Maybe they want to hear my wife's voice. They call all hrs of the day & early evening.

I followed some of the recommendations and called the number tried 3 to 4 time with busy results the last time an answer and was given an option to place my number on their do not call list - the anouncement did state that this was a marketing activity!! go figure!!

Call the number back, listen to the prompts, press "0," enter your phone number, and they will put you on their "Do Not Call" list within 48 hours. Easy.

They have called me twice today.  Tried to call back and get a busy signal every time.
