Calls daily, Anderson, niebuh on caller id

This number keeps calling me over and over. That is harassment.

hello world, i have a message for you:  every time we receive an unwanted call, i immediately answer and do my very best moaning zombie impersonation (I'm not too bad, after some practice) - nothing threatening, nothing coherent even, just unintelligible rasping, groaning shambling through the house.  It's actually quite effective and I recommend it highly to anyone who is sick of getting these calls.  As an added bonus, my family thinks it's hilarious, and now we actually try to get to the phone before the machine picks up.  So...entertaining and effective - try it and see!

I have received a call each evening for the last three days on my cell phone. After reading the messages here I decided to answer to verify. The person identified herself as Natalie and that she was doing work for a private research firm. That's all I heard because I loudly said goodbye, hung up, then promptly put this caller on my reject list!

Male caller wanted to solicate donations for a penile enlargement. Supposedly pee pee is so extremely small, no woman will go out with him.

Please stop calling

Received a call tonight. They did not leave a message.  

They have started calling my cell.  I set the number not to ring. I don't care what they want. I am on a do not call list

Got called by this number on Saturday morning, did not pick up.  Added to my block list.

Received a call fromm Anderson Niebuh [Caller I D] doing a survey for Kaiser Permanente.
Who knows what there intensions are?

i have been getting calls from this number. the first time i answered, the caller said she was calling about a survey from kaiser, but she was so rude that it did not seem like it could be a kaiser representative so i told her i did not want to participate. i do have kaiser insurance, but do not want to waste my time with surveys. they call multiple times a week and do not leave a message. i looked up the various numbers they call me from and it seems to be anderson, niebuhr & associate, not kaiser.

This msg is for Brandie calling from Kaiser , please call 1/888/709/9874 and ask for Alyssa Scott.

These calls are ridiculous!  Someone keeps calling and wanting me to "return a call to Melissa whatever her last name is"!  I don't return these kinds of calls and have repeatedly blocked them.  I am the Benefits Administrator for my company and we do have Kaiser, but I do not return sales calls!  Especially when they do not have the guts to call themselves, but have someone else do it for them!

Received the first call on 1/17/11.  Guy said he was getting information for Kaiser Permanente on how to better serve their clients.  I started to answer the questions and then said I was going to end the call and hung up.  Since then I get calls every day but do not answer them.

It's not spam. Anderson Niebuh Associates do research for KP and are very persistent in getting the info they need. I was getting a lot of calls until I agreed to do the survey. The survey was very generic about Kaiser services, facilities, and insurance in general. No personal questions. Mostly affects new (er) members.

I was contacted by that scammer, too.

Reportedly calling to take a "SURVEY FOR KAISER PERMNENTE."  The surveyor asked to speak with the person who is served by Kaiser. The same woman called twice: (1)during and after dinner (2)early the next morning.

This morning, I asked for her name and number and offered to have someone call her back. She said it had to be the person who has KAISER, and asked who would that be. I did not furnish a name, of course. I became increasingly suspicious.  

So, I replied by asking for her name and number. She giggled and said they were there 24 hours a day, and once again tried to get a specific name out of me. I told her it would be a person who may be covered by the aforementioned giant insurance company.

I felt like a dentist trying to pull out a tooth. However, the agressive mystery woman finally declared that her name is "MELLISA" and could be reached at 1 (888) 709-9874 (Unfortunately, I am not able to recall her last name right now).

It was not possible to get more information because we do not have Caller ID.
When I tried to call the number back using with a distinctive phone company feature, a recording said the number was not available to be reached that way. Strange!

I called 1 (888) 709-9874, which is the number above that the mystery caller furnished. The person who answered said, "Anderson Niebuh Associates."

While attempting to find information from the internet, a search led me to this web site. Clearly, I am now certain this is a scam.

I plan to report the scam as soon as I finish this note.

I've been receiving calls from this number for the past two weeks. They've never left a message and I finally answered today. The caller identified himself as "Brian" from Anderson, Niebuhr and Associates, calling to conduct a health-related survey.

I RECEIVED SERVERAL CALLS MYSELF OVER THE PAST 2 WEEKS AND THEY ONLY LEFT A VOICEMAIL TO RETURN THE CALL AT 1888-709-9874. THINKING ITS A SCAM I IGNORED THEM.  THEN YESTERDAY A MAN LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING FOR (MY SON 19) SAYING THE ARE FROM KAISER TO PLEASE CALL SANDRA DONALDSON AGAIN AT THE 888 NUMBER WHICH DIDN'T CLICK TO ME IT WAS THE SAME PEOPLE FROM LAST WEEK  ONLY ASSUMED IT WAS FROM KAISER BECAUSE THEY MENTIONED IT SO I CALLED THEM BACK AND GOT THE ANDERSON NEIBHUR AND ASSOCIATES VOICE MAIL.  i HUNG UP AND WAS UPSET.   I FOUND THIS WEBSITE YESTERDAY AND THOUGHT IM NOT CALLING THEM BACK.  I REALIZE I COULD ASK MY SISTER WHO WORKS FOR KAISER IN THE MAIN OFFICE TO SEE IF THIS IS A COMPANY THEY HIRE TO DO STUDIES.  SHE CONFIRMED FOR ME THAT YES THE DO USE ANDERSON, NEIBHUR AND ASSOCIATES FOR STUDYS TO HELP IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE BUT SHE HAD THOUGHT THE DID IT BY MAIL.  SO SHE SAID SHE WOULD LOOK INTO IT FOR ME.  I JUST GOT A TEXT FROM HER AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT YES THEY DO MAKE CALLS.  I THEN ASKED HOW CAN WE GET OFF THESE LIST SO THAT KAISER WILL NOT GIVE OUT MY NUMBER.  SHE IS LOOKING INTO WHO I CAN CALL.  SO WITH THAT I WAS NO LONGER AFRAID TO CALL THEM BACK AND i DID THIS MORNING.  I ASKED HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY ARE CONDUCTING A FEW STUDYS AND THEY ARE BLIND STUDIES. I SAID I WASN'T COMFORTABLE WITH KAISER GIVING OUT OUR NUMBER WHICH IS MY CELL AND NAME AND THE FACT THAT HE HAS DIABETES.  THEY ARE CONDUCTING A STUDY OF SOME SORT ON DIEABETIES AND I THINK SHE SAID HL FIBULATORS. (HEART FLUTTERS)  I ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THIS LIST PLEASE AND DO NOT CALL AGAIN.  SHE SAID NO PROBLEM.  IM SURE THEY ARE ALS HIRED BY OTHER COMPANY'S THAT WANT DIFFERENT STUDIES AS WELL.  THE POINT IS I WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU KNOW ITS FROM THEM AND TELL THEM FLAT OUT THAT PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN AND TAKE YOU OFF THE LIST FOR ANY FUTURE CALLS.  GOOD LUCK!

Received a call from them today, but no message. I called them back, using *67 to block my number. I asked what this was about and the man said that it was a marketing research company. I asked why he was calling me and he said that he needed my phone number to take me off the list. I hung up on him. According to the National Do Not Call site, telephone surveyers can call you legally, whether or not you have a previous relationship. Also, companies that you have done business with can contract with a market research company to survey you and it's all legal!

Glad to see this is a market research company because the call I received was on behalf of the YMCA asking about my kids ages and what activities they were signed up for this summer. Freaked me out!
