I received phone call from this number everyday since 17-July, they always called between 12pm to 3pm. Shall i make a police report?

I rcved a few calls from this number during the whole of this week..din pick n it's getting on my nerves..

thank for all the information from you guys....it been bothering me by calling my home and mobile phone,can anybody  help to stop this call?.Thank especially for 800 notes.com.

Received calls since 2 weeks ago and keep calling up almost everyday! I don't even bother to pick up cause unfamiliar no. Thanks all for sharing, will never pick up such calls!

Same here,  apparently they will ring you up daily and since my I'm usually unavailable via phone during the day, I wasn't able to pick it up.

i received call 2 days continuesly but i never answer

The number called me twice. The first call I answered but nobody speaking.

My husband keeps getting the call. Saying they are from Singtel and they want to give us a new Mio box.

The suspicious thing is that,

1. if they are from Singtel, they should know our acct details and home no but they asked my husband for our home no.

2. They keep calling my husband when all our Mio accts are under my name.

3. And even our home phone line is under my name.

Missed this call just now.. Think I will just blocked d number

I got a call from this number today.

Was suspicious at first coz there was an additional number on top of our usual 8 numbers. and it didn't start with '6'.

But picked up with a 'hello', got no response, and i decided to hang up immediately.
But while i was hanging up, i heard a female voice.
Didn't catch what she was saying though..

Got called from this number. A Filipino lady was on the other end. They say they are from Singtel and they are promoting mioTV. I personally think this is very suspicious.

I recieved today about 6pm , after I answer the call for few seconds it hang off the phone.

Been getting calls +6531580251. Today, got a call from this number +16531580251, same as previous but with a +1. Am not expecting oversea call so I cancelled the call.

Got a call from this number and was addressed by my full name before line got cut off. speaker had a Filipino accent.

I also have received 9 missed call from  this kind of call since last week start untill now.I had try calling this number and is a pre-recorded message and introduce itself as the British Embassy located in Philippines Malina and it is so irritating.

Can someone stop this kind of scam call from this number.

I got 9 missed call in a day from this number and I'm oversea. The moment I pick up, it hangs up.

I am afraid something could have happen back home so return the call using international calling card.

Once the call connect, it starts to play a pre-recorded message and introduce itself as the British Embassy located in Philippines Malina , and it will start to load with alot of information on how you should apply for visa to enter UK.

Very bothering and irritating, as I'm in UK and I'm afraid I'm in some kind of trouble with reagrds to my entry to UK.

Finally got to answer the call today after missed calls for the whole week.
As usual the free stuff from Mio blah blah blah ..then I asked if I can take the set to Batam where I work and plug it in to watch?

After seeing your message and getting a call as well, I rang Singtel up at 1688 and contacted the MIO TV department personally.
And it is actually legit. Thank goodness! The thought of a scammer having such personal information is very discomforting.

They will tell you that they outsourced the promotion that they are running to a 3rd party source to call you.
Perhaps you contacted the wrong department the 1st time and that is why they have no idea about this promotion.
Please do give it a try. (:
