I am getting alot of calls from this number, they don't leave messages, just call and call and call...

I just received a call from this #. The man sounded like he was from India. He told me that the car loan I had applied for was approved. I told him that I didn't apply for a loan. After telling him 3 times he hung up on me. I smell scam.

a guy from india called and said i was approved for a loan...but the odd thing is that he had music playing in the back ground...playing from a radio........i told him he had the wrong person....but he keeps calling my phone......whats up with that?

I received a call from this number yesterday.  The middle eastern guy said that they have accepted my car loan application.  When I told the guy that I had not applied for a car loan and I wanted the date of the application, he told me that I must have filled one out online.  I asked three times for the date of the application, he kept refusing to give me the date.  When I asked for the manager, the guy put me on hold, came back saying he was somebody else.  When I asked again for the date of the car loan, he hung up on me.  When I do a white page reverse look up the number comes from New York.  I have been getting calls from various middle eastern guys from numbers registered in New York.  The first set of calls I was getting, the guy was able to tell me all of my information, and said that I owed some bank money; yet when I wanted the bank's information, he refused to give it to me and hung up on my.  I am going to my local police department today and reported it as Identity Fraud/Theft.

I just received a call from this #. The caller sounded from the middle East. He told me that the car loan I had applied for was approved. After telling him 3 times that I didn't apply for any loan he hung up. He never did tell me the name of the company he worked for. Definately a scam.

I got this number off my caller ID I don't know who, or Why but I'd like it STOPED now

I have been getting the same incoming calls which started about 3 days ago.  I have also been getting text messages, all about quick loans or easy cash.  Most have the word "cash" in the text, come from a a five digit number (ie 76104, 77893 etc) in the from field.  The address, not the message, changes when you  reply "STOP'.   Replying "STOP" probably validates that the  message was delivered.  It took me 35 min on the phone with Verizon to get tech support to correct the problem.  (I think they did).

I just got a call from this number too... didn't answer, no message was left.  It was on my cell phone, I'll be calling Verizon to see if this number can be blocked.  Yes, my phone is listed in the Do Not Call list.

This number has been calling my cell for the past week and I want to know who it is and how they got my number.
