Fax-spam coming from multiple numbers.

Robo-dialer sequentially hitting numbers until it finds a fax machine.

We received this same call.  It is solicitation for business loans.  If you manually receive the fax you will get the fax cover sheet with information.  I faxed the sheet back with a note of not interested and to be removed from the list.  Hopefully that will do the trick.

Telemarketers' calls are nuisance to all. Never ever buy their product. Boycott them.

656 is a Mexican exchange for the state of Chihuahua.

That's an international call number.  You can ask your phone company to block international call (assuming you don't do business with any international companies).  Otherwise, maybe Fax a written message to them to stop calling your number.?

This number will call us three times in a row almost everyday. It's so frustrating when we have busy phone lines and then get a call that just beeps in your ear. I wish I knew a way to stop it! There has got to be someone out there that knows where this call is coming from and how to stop it?!

When I receive these calls I just put on the speaker phone and do not hang up until it is disconnected from the other end.

I receive calls from this number to my office land line constantly--and many days it will leave three or more voicemail "messages" over night--messages that I take the time to go through in order to delete them.  This is not only very frustrating, but very distracting from my work and time consuming.  I can't believe there's no way to stop it.

Fax spam, probably from Ontario or Quebec. Spoof the number and reduce the door being busted in by the police. Oh wait a sec, the police don't care unless its their fax machine being hit.

Call two three times a day, just a stupid fax tone.

we get calls all the time - our # is a recycled business fax (a business that has been out of service for years).

CRTC can do nothing - and National Do Not Call List does nothing.  I have complained many times and get no response at all and the calls from all over north america keep coming.

Got woken up at 4:30 am and then 15 min. Later again with this,same number.  Was so irritated as I wasn't able to go back to sleep.   They called several times during the day as we'll.

I blocked it and it now it shows as "unavailable" wth! -_- #annoyed

Got a call at 1:30 am and again at 4:45 am and then one at 5:10pm  it is some type of fax line that is trying to get through and then they disconnect.

Keeps calling .. When you pick ip all you gets is beeps and you cannot get thru if you call them back

Got a call from 656.340.7110 at 4:08 a.m.  Left a beeping message.  And, again, four times.  So annoying.

I got a call from this number this morning... and the FAX machine picked it up. It's from AccountingServicesAssist.com and they list 888-803-1998 as their number.

It's a one page advertising page, unsolicited I might ad, but it has opt out instructions at the bottom. You are supposed to call 877-284-7887 to get your fax number removed from their list or you can do it online at www.deletemyfaxnumber.com and enter PIN#16996.

Personally I would not do either of these as that just tells them they have a valid fax number, yours, and they'll just keep sending you more junk.

received the fax tone from the number, same results as everyone else looking to find a way to complain to CRTC and FCC. harassing stockers I call them and I am fearful of my safety and privacy and any other reason I could gain support from the feds...

Just received 2 calls from this number and got the beeping sound both times. Very frustrating, just hate these types of calls.

03-03-2014 -- Today also received automated call -- a series of FAX beeps -- from this same number (6563407110).

My phone-system showed me the calling-number, so I did a search (via search-engine DUCKDUCKGO.Com, which is a great privacy-protecting search-engine) on where the call came from, and found some interesting answers:

Some websites say that the 656 Area Code is not a "real" (?) Area Code but is sometimes used by telemarketers and others with an apparently less-than-savory reason for disguising where they're calling from. Another website says that the call originated in the USA (but the site would only give details if I first pay a fee to the site). Several sites lists Area Codes for the United States, and number 656 is NOT in those lists. Some other websites say that 656 is a FOREIGN Area Code for Cuidad Juarez, Mexico (but then again, Mexico's COUNTRY CODE is 52, and no Country Code -- not even the "1" for the U.S. -- appeared in my phone-system's Caller-I.D.).

How to block that number, I don't yet know. Maybe somebody can do an internet-search on that issue.

Started to get calls from this number after buying and registering a business hp fax printer bought from ebuyer.  Landline was not registered just address.

We've received the same thing and somebody told me it is coming from Puerto Rico , can anyone agreed ? I am triyng to divert it on a fax on my job , see what will come up
