I was not in the right state of mind n bought into it cos I was tired after 2 hours at Forthex with Mark n Cyndi n I wanted my $ back.

discrepancies:
1. Mark n Cyndi are husband n wife team. I asked if she's married n she denied
2. They are from BRIC as u mentioned. It's another scam company I assume
3. They offer different amount of SHARES. From this website, some can own 1 share only
4. There is no proper way to determine usd-sgd EXCHANGE RATE. For mine, they just took 1.25
5. The shares maturity date is 2021. I asked for a written copy to indicate 2015. Todate no one from Philippines nixdorf-ax nor forthex is willing to commit the date

Like what I learn from CASE, consider whatever you have invested as definitely gone. If one day, Nixdorf-AX really lives up to their promise and does return some of your invested money, consider that a blessing. But if they or others call up just to ask you to invest more to recover your losses, advise is to reject the offer. This is what I will do from henceforth.

I hope that by admitting my mistake and also apologizing to the companies involve and staff of Nixdorf-AX and also Forthex. I am angry, yes, but venting my frustration at others and come up with stories not right. The company never hide anything, telling us everything. Sorry again for the accusation too.

Use your own brain and stop to follow people words online. I would like to confirm that BRIC Solution or Forthex have not merged with AX or any other company, they are seperate and independent company.

I was asked to go down to the Plaza to "redeem" my investment at no cost for the full maturity amount as the telemarketer told me that they do not to wait for the 7 years to pay up. From the description of your experience, it would no doubt be the 2 Ang Mos again.

Armed with the knowledge now, I have decided not to go down and waste my time. I will support RC instead, hoping that we can collectively make these people cough our money out.

I last wrote in this forum in June 2013. I recd a letter from AX Holdings dated 18 Jan 2014, Letter of Declaration of Waiver of Rights on Declination of the "Offer and Exchange" Program of the Company. As the subject matter explicitly stated if you decline their Nixdorf-AX programme you will loose all rights to participation in the company's expansion, growth, wbonuses, dividends, distributions, etc. I ignored the letter and got a lawyer to send them a letter reiterating my rights as specified in the Assure contract. As expected they did not reply.

Yesterday, I was invited to Forthex, their Exit/Wealth Consultants at #10-301, The Plaza where you will meet the "MD" Mark and their consultant Darren Fitton. Their pitch was 1) how fantastic Nixdorf is as a company, 2) AX Holdings is a shell company having sold all their assets to Nixdorf, 3) we should invest in the programme and be paid 200% of your new investment (US$25k) and your original investment in Assure after 12 months. Too good to be true right? I requested for a copy of their latest annual report before I decide, and as expected it was never forth coming, so I walked out.

I have read all the postings in this forum and there are a lot of angry people out there. I counted about 50. Only about 10 left their email contacts and a few their phone numbers. In order to proceed with whatever action we subsequently decide on we need to have a central means of communication, therefore I have opened a yahoo email account, nixaxcon@yahoo.com and I encourage you to write to me and I will collate a list and inform all who wrote to me of our decisions, whether to report to CAD, approach CASE (not very hopeful) or take up a class action in order to recover our monies. We can do this in PRIVATE.

Yes, contract show max 3 years but ax claimed that we did not informed them 30 days In advance before the expiry date and thus they cannot closed the account and return the money to us. I told them that contract clearly show Max 3 years But they keep giving excuses. I have all doc with me and thinking if I go CASE or police.
Please check what is written on the contract.
And yes, the contract stamp by ax treasure and it show the Max year and amount.

Just to confirm, are you referring to AX treasures? Is it stated the amount and payment date? Does the payment document  signed & stamp by them? Are they informed you (written) that they not going to pay you?
Just realize my contract on payment statement without all these, other agreement yes.

How to stop them continue cheating people?
They set up new company, windup when due date for payment, continue with another, investors continue to fall deeper.

For all ex-AX members, thanks for sharing.
I took up AX Holding investment in 2010, 23k with Pamela. 2 yr later, she called me she had moved to another company and explained that AX Holding may not pay up my investment as going to windup. To recover my loses, one way is to invest into her new company. Thunder strike my head and I almost fainted when I heard that, my hard earned money gone to drain. I was lost and turned down her offer.
Soon, BRIC Solution called me and offered to take over my AX holding investment, as desperately to get out from AX Holding, I fall into the trap and pump in another 18k, get into Realty Access contract(another time share), as they promised I will get 55k in 2 yr later.
Now, 2 yr matured, I was asked to paid $848 to advertise for buyer(as I wish to get back my investment, this is only a fraction of my return) and I did. I expected to receive call from buyer within 28 days.
2 weeks later, NAX Capital called me, I met Danial. He promised I will get my earlier investment 55k and new investment in 6 months provided I invest 40 preference shares, 1 share equal to $ US 1000. Sound very attractive and this is too good to be true. I did not take up.
Note: I met Danial once when he was in AX Holding as he offered to redeem my AX Holding but I already transferred to BRIC Solution.
28 days over, as I did not take up offer, I went back to BRIC Solution, to check what the path forward is. To my surprise, this office was closed down, another thunder to me.
Finally, managed to get contact and new address at Beach Road, The Plaza.
Went over, the company name is Nixdorf-AX. The former management from BRIC Solution -- Mark (ang moh) and his wife Cindy were operating there, feedback that Bric Solution has merged with AX and become Nixdorf-AX.
Same thing as NAX, they want me to invest into the Nixdorf-AX preference shares in order to recover my money, promised 1 yr later, the money will bank into my account. Ther are more soft hearted than NAX Capital.
At first, they offers 25 shares (1 share = $US 1000). I turn down. Later, another offer, I buy 8 shares free 2, as this offer only for ex-AX Holding members and tomorrow is closing date for preference shares buyer(that day was 29th April 16). The return of my new investment is 130% in year later, as drafted out by Mark and promised to follow up my BRIC investment. They continue to emphasize that I use Maybank credit card as given 12 months interest free and yr later, the money will bank into my account and I have earned extra from this facility.
This is very attractive and feels secure.
I request to reply them next day, after a sleepless night, decided not to fall in the trap again.

What should I do now?

Won't be posting again but I would like to say NEVER NEVER ever go for any of the talks or purchase any timeshare/investment crap with them. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS!!!!!
WARNING: they will try to get you to spend and get trapped. Never sign or give them anything (NOT cash/creditcard)
How do I know? Ans: I went through it.
If you are stuck with a timeshare, contact the resort directly and inform them you wish to terminate. You will most probably be asked to sign the membership cert and post it back to them. The most you lose your initial amount paid.
But YOU ARE NOT  Liable for lifetime payments as the telemarketers would have you believe.
I still receive cold calls but I play along and put them on hold.
Please don't part with your hard earn cash.
A lot of them around. They change company name and address through the years.
