What and why is the reason I am betting calls from this person.i want it to stop!

This guy is calling but when i pick up not responding

yes i also got that creepy call three times. koi r hi zban bol ra hey im from pakistan. i guess fia is inquiring fishy people

Called my house phone, called my cell phone, its a really creepy guy who just says "hello"

i too got call from this unwanted number 6568889999.....and this f**ker doesn't speak a thing.

priorly , i couldnt watch my phone when the fone was ringing because of other household engagements ,
for once , i did attend
a man spoke
" hello " but i was afraid of the number , as being no code and stuff like why calling me ?? and threat of number leakage
so i hung up !
and . . thats it
so i googled this number so may be i gether some information as to reckon out WHO IT MIGHT BE
