Yes, just got the same message from "Joey" to email him at estizob@gmail.com. Obviously a scam. This txt came from phone number 443-731-6457 on 1-16-12 at 3:32pm EST. A horrible evil individual - perhaps a foreigner is stealing cell phones, sending 1-off texts to capture some email addresses associated with craigslist accounts. From there, if they hijack a craigslist account, there's no telling the extent of scaming they can do with an add with a stolen identity.
Be WARE of estizob@gmail.com. DO NOT REPLY TO THAT EMAIL.

Got the same one thought to check the email on google first to see if its a repeated attempted to text message me today this number is7314686854 hi my name is joey and im messageing you about your ad. could you please email me more information on it at estizob@gmail.com can't trust or do anything anymore with out someone trying to rob you blind. Definatelly a scam

Same thing from 502-383-1737 "hi my name is joey and im messageing you about your ad, could you please email me more information on it at estizob@gmail.com. thanks". I replied to text requesting what additional information is requested but no reply. Smells like a scam.

Got the same message via text but this time he is using the phone number 657-229-4299. Same message: "hi my name is joey and im messageing about your ad, could you please email me more information on it at estizob@gmail.com . thanks." He did not use capital letters and used minimal punctuation. SCAM for sure! Happily my family is in law enforcement! Beware this SCAMMER! Got my info off of Craigs List...... ****DELETE**** :)

Exact txt message from 657 229-3469 "hi my name is Joey and i'm messaging you about your ad, could you please email me more information on it at estizob@gmail.com cash in hand."
Be for warned, I see a patern here with this Joey guy and deffinately looks to be a scam.

Got the same message but it was from 630-708-7393. A guy named Joey who claimed to have cash in hand. My gut says this is a scam.

The guy is trying to crack your craigslist account, he will try to login using your email address and he will try a brute force attack against your password.

I received a text massage
"hi my name is Joey and i'm messaging you about your ad, could you please email me more information on it at capled22@gmail.com cash in hand."
the only ad I have is for a car i am selling and all the information is on the ad.
as i am in Miami Florida and this is a California number i believe it to be a scam.
