I googled this number after I got a call from it on my personal phone. I never answer if I dont know it.
Saw alot of people talking about housing scams... unfortunately my roommate and I just experienced this today. We saw an ad for an amazing house for rent and inquired, got sent legitimate looking emails and it came with some basic questions (just like the questions we had to fill out when we applied for the current townhouse we have). found out about 2 hours after submitting that it was a scam.
I have gotten a few unknown caller id calls on my workphone (with a strange noise in the background) that I had to answer on my work phone because some of our group homes number's are blocked for safety of the kids.
My concern now is that these people know our name, number, and address unfortunately.
I know they were trying to get money, which we didnt give. But should we be concerned that this place/person also dabbles in identity theft?
**We already did report to the actual realtor, reported an internet crime, blocked all the numbers on our phones, and I believe my roommate called the cops just in case.

This number is being used by someone going by the name The Smiths for a listing in Atlanta Georgia. They tried to get my girlfriend to send in the deposit in order to get the key by saying her application has been approved. She had not even sent in an application and their email was so horribly written that I knew it was a scam immediately. Home was listed for $375 below market rate.

They are trying to rent out a house in Ewa Beach, Oahu posing as Todd & Leah Strebin. Using this phone number and the email leahthelenstrebin@yahoo.com....

He now goes by the name of Ryan Lee Rownd trying to rent us a home in Metairie, LA. The price was the best we've seen by far and all we had to do was send him an email and we were approved. This is a scam! He had a good number that he didn't answer. I looked up the property and found it listed on Zillow.com for much higher price. So he basically found it on zillow.com took the pictures and reposted it for cheaper on craigslist.

2909 soquel atwater ca 95301 is a scam watch out personhas been doing this under other numbers just look up Renee pierce in Huntington Arkansas and the scam will come up
